پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی در مناطق روستایی اداره سلسله واقع در (بخش شمالی) استان لرستان صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش (6432=N)، شامل کارشناسان جهاد کشاورزی (54=N) و کشاورزان (6374=N) شهرستان سلسله بودند. حجم نمونه موردنظر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران با در نظر گرفتن واریانس بیشینه، جامعه بزرگ و دامنه اطمینان 05/0 (360=n) طی دومرحله با استفاده از روشهای خوشه ای چندمرحل های و دردسترس انتخاب شد. به این صورت که ابتدا روستاها (به تعداد 210 روستا) بر اساس تعلق به دهستان ها (قلعه مظفری، هنام، یوسفوند، دوآب) شناسایی و سپس از هر دهستان 4 روستا به صورت نمونه انتخاب و کشاورزان ساکن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. به منظور سنجش روایی سؤالات از نظر صاحب نظران متخصص در زمینه کارآفرینی و کشاورزی بهره گرفته شد. برای سنجش پایایی ابزار تحقیق از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بههمراه پایایی ترکیبی استفاده گردید، همچنین با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مشخص گردید که متغیرهای امنیت شغلی، آموزش، حمایت دولتی و قوانین و مقررات اثر مستقیم و معنی داری بر توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی دارند و متغیر امنیت شغلی بیشترین میزان تأثیر (0/21) را داشته است. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده پیشنهاد می گردد متولیان امر با ارائه راهکارهای از قبیل تضمین خرید و بیمه محصولات کشاورزی زیرساخت های مناسب برای انجام فعالیت های کارآفرینانه را فراهم سازند.
