ارتقای مشارکت زنان و دستیابی به اهداف برابری جنسیتی به­ گونه‌ای مطرح شده که پیشرفت و مشارکت زنان، محور اساسی توسعه­ ی پایدار را تشکیل داد. کارآفرینی یک راهبرد مناسب برای مبارزه با فقر و نگاه داشت ثروت در جوامع کم­ درآمد است. تحقیق حاضر به­ منظور تبیین نقش میانجی همدلی در ارتباط بین سرمایه­ های روان­شناختی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی زنان روستای چوب بست انجام شد. روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می­ باشد. جامعه­ ی آماری پژوهش زنان روستای چوب بست به تعداد 162 نفر در سال 1399 بودند. نمونه­ ها به­ روش سرشماری به تعداد 162 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه ­گیری پرسشنامه استاندارد بود. به­ منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها از مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که بین سرمایه­ ی روان­شناختی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی زنان رابطه معنی­ داری وجود دارد. همچنین، سرمایه­ ی روانشناختی بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی با نقش میانجی همدلی با ضریب 0/48 تأثیر معنی­ داری دارد.
