    پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تدوین مدل فعالیت­های کارآفرینانه زنان روستایی مبتنی بر دیدگاه صاحب ­نظران آموزشی با رویکرد مدل­سازی ساختاری تفسیری انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- پیمایشی و از لحاظ هدف از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر، خبرگان آشنا به حوزه ­ی کارآفرینی از جمله اعضای هیأت علمی و کارآفرینان روستایی بودند که 25 نفر از بین آنها به­ عنوان نمونه و به ­شیوه نمونه ­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات پژوهش، عوامل مؤثر بر فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی زنان روستایی، استخراج و براساس نظر خبرگان 10 عامل به ­عنوان عوامل نهایی شناسایی شدند، سپس به­ منظور مشخص ­نمودن تأثیر علت و معلولی عوامل مستخرج، از پرسشنامه‌ی محقق­ ساخته‌ای که بر اساس مدل­سازی ساختاری تفسیری طراحی شده بود، استفاده گردید. به­ منظور تجزیه و تحلیل‌ها، رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری و ارائه مدل عوامل مؤثر بر فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی زنان روستایی از تکنیک مدل­سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد از بین این 10 عامل شناسایی­شده، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و تجربه ­ی کاری، سرمایه ­ی روانشناختی، تفکر خلاق و توانمندسازی در سطح اول و روبنایی­ ترین سطح مدل قرار گرفتند. تفاوت‌های جنسیتی، عوامل نهادی-سازمانی و عوامل اقتصادی نیز در سطح دوم قرار گرفتند. فضای فرهنگی-اجتماعی روستایی در سطح سوم مدل سطح‌بندی تعیین شد. همچنین، آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی به عنوان مؤثرترین عامل در فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی زنان روستایی در سطح چهارم مدل و به ­عنوان زیربنایی ­ترین سطح به حساب می ­آید. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، پیشنهاد می‌‌شود با توجه به الگوی سطح­ بندی ارائه­ شده در این پژوهش، روند و ترتیب اقدامات صورت­گرفته مرتبط با گسترش فعالیت‌‌های کارآفرینی زنان روستایی انجام شود. همچنین، از آنجایی که اغلب عوامل بنیادی اثرگذار بر فعالیت کارآفرینی زنان به آموزش، توانمندسازی و جو اجتماعی روستایی بر می ­گردد، آموزش و فرهنگ­ سازی و اصلاح نگرش های جنسیتی ضرورت می­ یابد.
