چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: اهمیت کسب ­و­ کارهای نوپا در بخش کشاورزی بیش از هر زمان دیگری مشخص است. برای رسیدن به این مهم فراهم­ ساختن اکوسیستم کارآفرینی مورد نیاز است. لذا، نظر به تجربه­ی اندک بخش کشاورزی کشور برای ایجاد چنین اکوسیستمی باید عاملهای اکوسیستم کارآفرینی را با استفاده از آموزه­ های بخش ­های پیشگام کارآفرینی شناسایی کرد. این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگوی رشد اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در بستر نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی کشور انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر از منظر گردآوری داده­ ها از نوع میدانی، از منظر کنترل متغیرها از نوع غیرآزمایشی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش جزء تحقیقات آمیخته­ ی­ اکتشافی-متوالی (مصاحبه­ های عمیق به­ همراه پیمایش) می‌باشد و در بخش کیفی با مصاحبه ­ی نیمه‎ ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از فعالان استارت­آپی کشور سازه­ های شش مؤلفه­ ی مدل اکوسیستم کارآفرینی آیزنبرگ شناسایی شدند و در بخش کمی سازه­ ها بررسی شدند. جامعه­ ی آماری در بخش کمی 1800 نفر از فعالان استارت­آپی کشور بودند. به­ منظور تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد که مطابق آن تعداد نمونه 286 نفر برآورد گردید. بهمنظور سنجش روایی ابزار تحقیق (پرسشنامه) از روش روایی تشخیصی استفاده شد که مقدار آن برای سازه‌های تحقیق بالاتر از 0/5 
AVE و قابل­ قبول بود. برای تعیین پایایی از روش پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد که مقدار آن برای سازه‌ها بالاتر از 0/6 CR و قابل­ قبول بود. برای پردازش داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مؤلفه­ های اصلی و تحلیل سلسله‎‎ مراتبی با استفاده از نرمافزار Smart-PLS استفاده شد.
یافته ‏ها: مطابق یافتهها برای مؤلفهی سیاست پنج عامل تقویت بخش خصوصی، تعیین متولی برای اکوسیستم، حمایت از کارآفرینی مولد، توسعهی متوازن کشور و سرمایهگذاری دولت در اکوسیستم شناسایی شدند. برای مؤلفهی فرهنگ عاملهای توجه به الگوهای موفق کارآفرینی، توسعهی فرهنگ کارآفرینی و ارتقاء تفکر کارآفرینانه، برای مؤلفهی حمایت عاملهای توجه به نقش مشاوران، تأمین فضای فیزیکی، تأمین زیرساختهای قانونی و نقش نهادهای حرفهای حامی کارآفرینی، برای مؤلفهی بازار عاملهای شبکهسازی، تأمین بستر رقابتی و توجه به وضعیت سیاسی بازار کشور، برای مؤلفهی سرمایهی انسانی عاملهای اکوسیستم آموزش مهارتهای کسبوکار، بازنگری در ساختار آموزش عالی، پرورش نیروی انسانی، ترغیب اساتید به کارآفرینی و هدفمند کردن بودجهی دانشگاهها و برای مؤلفهی سرمایهی مالی عاملهای دسترسی به منابع مالی و تزریق مالی به‎‎هنگام شناسایی شدند، همچنین رتبه­ بندی مؤلفه­ های مدل رشد اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در بستر نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی کشور بدین شرح بود: مؤلفهی سرمایه­ ی انسانی در رتبه ­ی اول و مؤلفه ­های فرهنگ، حمایت، بازار، سیاست و سرمایه­ ی ­مالی در رتبههای بعدی از نظر اهمیت قرار داشتند.
نتیجهگیری: از دیدگاه فعالان استارتآپی کشور مؤلفهی سرمایه­­ی انسانی بیشترین اهمیت­ را در رشد اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در بستر نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی کشور داشت، لذا میتوان با تشکیل شورای راهبردی نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی جهت برنامه ­ریزی درسی، تغییر در برنامه­ های درسی و تغییر در شیوه­ های آموزشی و استفاده بیشتر از آموزش­ های تجربی در مراکز آموزش عالی کشاورزی کشور زمینه را جهت تقویت مؤلفهی سرمایه انسانی فراهم نمود.
