چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: نوآوری و تغییر در حال تبدیل ­شدن به منابع مهم مزیت رقابتی برای سازمان­ ها در محیط به­سرعت در حال تغییر امروزی است. در این شرایط، جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه برای سازمان‌ها در بهبود عملکرد شغلی کارکنان و تضمین منبع رشد پایدار اهمیت زیادی دارد. سازمان‌ها می‌توانند با جستجوی فرصت‌های مناسب از طریق فعالیت‌های نوآورانه، با جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه به ریسک‌پذیری، مزیت رقابتی پایدار را تضمین کنند و در این عصر تغییر به رشد خود ادامه دهند. بنابراین، علاقه نظری و عملی رو به رشدی در جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه به­ عنوان یک عامل اصلی جهت بهبود عملکرد سازمان و پیگیری رشد وجود دارد. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه بر عملکرد شغلی کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان مازندران با توجه به نقش میانجی رفتار نوآورانه می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نوع پژوهش توصیفی و از شاخه مطالعات میدانی به­ شمار می‌آید و از حیث ارتباط بین متغیرهای پژوهش از نوع علی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان مازندران می‌باشند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه ­گیری تصادفی ساده و جدول کرجسی-مورگان تعداد 214 نفر به­ عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد گرد­آوری گردید. در این تحقیق، برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از روش‌های روایی محتوا توسط گروهی از متخصصان و روایی سازه استفاده شد. پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد که مقدار آن برای سنجش جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه 0/875، رفتار نوآورانه 0/899 و عملکرد شغلی 0/876 تعیین شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مدل‌یابی معادله‌های ساختاری نشان داد که جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه بر عملکرد شغلی و رفتار نوآورانه تأثیر مستقیم و معنی‌داری دارد؛ همچنین تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری رفتار نوآورانه بر عملکرد شغلی تأیید شد. در نهایت نقش میانجی رفتار نوآورانه، رابطه بین جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه و عملکرد شغلی تأیید گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش اندیشیدن تدابیری جهت افزایش رفتار نوآورانه و فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان مازندران، می‌تواند منجر به بهبود و افزایش عملکرد شغلی آنان در این سازمان شود.
