چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: کسب وکارهای کوچک و متوسط رکن اصلی شرایط اقتصادی در جوامع محسوب می­ شوند، زیرا موجب اشتغال، تولید، صادرات محصولات، کاهش فقر، افزایش و ارتقای توان و توسعه اقتصادی می­ شوند. مطالعه پیش رو، به بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر نگرش کارآفرینانه در نوآوری بنگاه ­های کوچک و متوسط شهرستان ملایر پرداخته شده است.
مواد و روش­ ها: این پژوهش کمی، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده ­ها توصیفی-پیمایشی است. به­منظور تحلیل داده ­ها از نرم ­افزار SPSS  برای تحلیل توصیفی و همبستگی و از  نرم ­افزار AMOS جهت تحلیل مسیر به­ویژه برای اثرات غیرمستقیم استفاده ­شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل 470 بنگاه اقتصادی کوچک و متوسط در شهرستان ملایر بود که براساس فهرست شرکت‌ها، و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، 211 بنگاه خدماتی تولیدی کوچک و متوسط به­ عنوان نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران (1967) انتخاب شدند.
یافته­ها: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که حمایت دولت، دسترسی به زیرساخت‌ها، آموزش کارآفرینی، نگرش کارآفرینانه و رهبری صاحبان کسب­ وکارها به­طور قابل ‌توجهی بر نوآوری بنگاه ­های کوچک و متوسط خدماتی و تولیدی تأثیرگذار است. آموزش کارآفرینی و رهبری مدیران کسب­ وکارها به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم از طریق متغیر میانجی نگرش کارآفرینی بر نوآوری در بنگاه­ های کوچک و متوسط خدماتی و تولیدی تأثیر می­ گذارد.
نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج این مطالعه گویای این است که حمایت دولت، دسترسی به زیرساخت‌ها، رهبری صاحبان کسب­وکارها، آموزش کارآفرینی و نگرش کارآفرینانه بر نوآوری بنگاه­های خدماتی و تولیدی کوچک و متوسط تأثیر گذاشت. نگرش کارآفرینانه صاحبان کسب­ وکارها، نقش میانجی بین رهبری صاحبان کسب­ وکارها و آموزش کارآفرینی در جهت نوآوری بنگاه ­های کوچک و متوسط دارد.
