fa تدوین راهبردهای توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی در بین دانش‌آموختگان رشته‌های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; امروزه کارآفرینی دانش&shy;آموختگان نقش روزافزونی در حل مشکل بیکاری و توسعه اقتصادی جوامع یافته است. برخورداری دانش&shy;آموختگان از توانمندی و مهارت&shy;های کارآفرینی می&shy;تواند به حل مسأله بیکاری، رونق و توسعه بخش کشاورزی منجر شود. از این‌رو در این تحقیق به بررسی و تحلیل راهبردهای افزایش کارآفرینی دانش‌آموختگان رشته‌های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی با استفاده از روش پیمایشی و مطالعه میدانی و به کمک مدل راهبردی ماتریس <span dir="LTR">SWOT</span> پرداخته شد. بدین منظور از نظرات 90 کارشناس در سه گروه کارشناسان جهادکشاورزی، سازمان نظام مهندسی کشاورزی، اعضای هیئت علمی و دانش‌آموختگان رشته&shy;های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق در محیط درونی ده نقطه قوت و هفت نقطه ضعف و در محیط بیرونی ده فرصت و 14 تهدید شناسایی شد. سپس نتایج نشان داد که کارآفرینی دانش‌آموختگان در محیط درونی دارای قوت نسبی و در محیط بیرونی داری تهدید نسبی است. بنابراین با توجه به توانمندی‌ها و ظرفیت‌های موجود اجرای راهبردهای محافظه‌کارانه در اولویت قرار دارد. در پایان برخی راهبردها برای توسعه کارآفرینی دانش‌آموختگان کشاورزی پیشنهاد شد.</p> <p>Nowadays, entrepreneurship of graduates has an important role in resolving the problem of unemployment and stimulating the economic development of the nations. Having the entrepreneurship capabilities and skills by graduates can resolve the problem of unemployment and help to development of agricultural sector. Hence, the present study analyzes the strategies of increasing the entrepreneurship of agricultural and natural resources graduates using survey method and strategic model of SWOT. Therefore, the views of 90 experts were used in three groups including experts of Agriculture Jihad Expert of Agricultural Engineering Organization and members of scientific boards and graduates of Sari Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University. According to the results of this study, 10 strengths and 7 weaknesses in the internal environment and 10 opportunities and 14 threats in the external environment were identified. Also, the results showed that the graduate entrepreneurship has the relative strengths in the internal environment and the relative threat in the external environment. Therefore, based on the present capabilities and capacities, performing the conservative strategies has priority.
