fa عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندی شغلی زنان روستایی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان ایلام) کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -0.05pt;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر توانمندی‌ شغلی زنان روستایی شهرستان ایلام می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل زنان شاغل روستایی شهرستان ایلام (1088= </strong><strong>N</strong><strong>) می‌باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 323 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب به عنوان نمونه تعیین شدند. نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب انجام شد. روایی محتوایی و ظاهری پرسشنامه توسط اساتید صاحب نظر تأیید و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (3/91= </strong><strong>&alpha;</strong><strong>) تأیید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم&shy;افزار </strong><strong>SSPS</strong><strong>، انجام آزمون‌های همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون به شیوه گام به گام صورت گرفت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد متغیرهای موانع شغلی، ویژگی‌های روانشناختی، وضعیت اقتصادی، عوامل آموزشی، حمایت خانواده، سطح تحصیلات، نوع فعالیت اقتصادی و موقعیت اجتماعی بر توانمندی شغلی زنان روستایی شهرستان ایلام تأثیرگذار بوده و 7/80 درصد از تغییرات این متغیر را تبیین می‌کنند. از میان متغیرهای مدل، متغیرموانع شغلی نسبت به سایر متغیرها بیش&shy;ترین سهم را در تبیین متغیر وابسته توانمندی شغلی دارد. </strong></p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The present research investigates factors influencing rural women&rsquo;s occupational capability in Ilam County. The statistical population of this study includes employed rural women in Ilam county (N= 1088). Through Cochran formula 323 people were selected as the sample. Sampling was carried out through stratified random sampling. Content and face validity of the questionnaire was determined through experts judgment and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach alpha coefficient (&alpha;= 91.3). Data analysis was carried out through descriptive and inferential statistics using SSPS. Correlation and regression analysis were run through stepwise method. Results of regression analysis indicated that variables including occupational barriers, psychological characteristics, economic status, educational factors, family support, educational, type economical activities type, and social status influenced occupational capability of rural women in Ilam County and can predict 80.7 percent of changes in the dependent variable.
