fa بررسی ویژگی‌های خلاقیت و ریسک‌پذیری دانشجویان ورودی رشته کشاورزی (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه آزاد‌ اسلامی واحد قاﺋم‌شهر) کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -0.05pt;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; با توجه به اهمیت خلاقیت و ریسک&shy;پذیری در کسب مهارت&shy;های کارآفرینی و با توجه به جایگاه آموزش عالی و نقش بخش کشاورزی در استقلال جوامع، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ویژگی&shy;های خلاقیت و ریسک&shy;پذیری دانشجویان ورودی رشته کشاورزی صورت گرفته است. </strong><strong>جامعه آماری این پژوهش 338 دانشجو به تفکیک سالهای 1390، 1391 و 1392 می</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong>باشد که به روش تصادفی ساده در مجموع </strong><strong>268 &nbsp;</strong><strong>نفر نمونه انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;های حاصله در نرم&shy;افزار </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></strong><strong> و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل واریانس و دانکن صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان می&shy;دهد که ویژگی&shy;های خلاقیت و ریسک&shy;پذیری اغلب دانشجویان ضعیف و بسیار ضعیف می&shy;باشند و بین سال&shy;های مورد مطالعه از نظر ویژگی&shy;های خلاقیت و رویاپردازی با اطمینان 99 درصد و سلاست فکری و عمل&shy;گرایی با اطمینان 95 درصد اختلاف معنی&shy;داری وجود دارد. اما از نظر ریسک&shy;پذیری میان دانشجویان این سه سال (ورودی 90، 91 و 92) اختلاف معنی&shy;داری وجود ندارد. دانشجویان ورودی سال&shy;های 1390 و 1391 در ویژگی&shy;های: رویاپردازی، عمل&shy;گرایی، سلاست فکری و خلاقیت، بدون اختلاف در یک گروه قرار دارند و میزان این ویژگی از دانشجویان ورودی سال 1392 کم&shy;تر و با آن اختلاف معنی&shy;داری دارند. در مؤلفه&shy;ی ریسک&shy;پذیری نیز بین دانشجویان هر سه سال اختلاف معنی&shy;داری مشاهده نشد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش مبنی بر پایین بودن سطح برخورداری دانشجویان مورد نظر در ویژگی&shy;های مورد مطالعه و وجود اختلاف برخی ورودی&shy;ها و نیز مشخص بودن اثر آموزش و پرورش بر تقویت خصایص کارآفرینانه بازنگری و هم&shy;چنین نقش استراتژیک کشاورزی در استقلال و رفاه اجتماعی، برنامه&shy;ریزی&shy;های جدی و نوین آموزشی ضروری<br> می&shy;باشد.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Regarding the role of creativity and risk-taking in acquiring entrepreneurship skills and taking account the situation of higher education the role of agriculture in nation, independency, this research alims at investigation creativity and risk-taking among the first-year students of agriculture. The population of this study consists of 338 students. The sample drawn through simple random sampling includes 268 students. The obtained data was analyzed using SPSS through descriptive statistics, ANOVA and DUNCAN test. The result shows that the most of students have weak or very weak level of creativity. Moreover, there are significant differences among under study groups in terms of creativity (99%certain) and farness of thought (95%certain). However, there, is no significant among these groups in terms of risk-taking .In addition there is no difference between the students in 2010 and 2011 in terms of day dream, practicality, clearness of thought and creativity, However, these students are significantly different from those entered in 2013 in terms of the mentioned characteristics.
