fa چالش‌های کارآفرینی روستایی در استان ایلام عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شناسایی چالش‌های کارآفرینی روستایی در استان ایلام </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 400 نفر از دهیاران استان ایلام می‌باشد. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه آماری (196=</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">n</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) تعیین گردید. </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب انجام شد</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. روایی ظاهری و محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصین تأیید و با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی آن (86/0=</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&alpha;</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) تعیین گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم&shy;افزار </span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی در تحقیق حاضر، منجر به شناسایی پنج عامل شد که در قالب موانع اقتصادی، سیاستی، آموزشی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی 82/62 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین نمودند. همچنین موانع اقتصادی به عنوان عامل اول با مقدار ویژه 035/5 بیشترین سهم (31/22 درصد) و موانع فرهنگی با مقدار ویژه 484/1کمترین سهم (48/5 درصد) را در تبیین واریانس کل داشته&shy;اند.&nbsp;</span></span></span></strong> The current research was conducted with the purpose of Challenges of rural entrepreneurship in Ilam province. With respect to objectives, this research is an applied study using a survey method. Statistical population of the current research includes 400 persons of village assistants of Ilam province Sample size was determined through Cochran formula (n=196). Sampling was carried out through stratified random sampling method with appropriate assignment Content validity and face validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by experts&rsquo; judgments and the reliability of which was determined through the calculation of Cronbach alpha coefficient (<span dir="RTL">=</span><span dir="RTL">&alpha;</span>0.86). Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software, version 19.According to results of factor analysis, five factors were identified including economic, political, instructional, social, and cultural impediments which specified 62.82 percent of the total variance.
