fa اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی در توسعه روستایی (مطالعه موردی: دهستان کوهستان شهر رستمکلا) کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کارآفرینان موتور محرکه توسعه اقتصادی می&shy; باشند که در توسعه کشاورزی و بالأخص توسعه و پیشرفت در مناطق روستایی جایگاه ویژه&shy;ای دارند. به همین دلیل، یکی از مهم‌ترین این استراتژی&shy;ها که در دهه&shy; های اخیر بسیاری از کشورها &shy;به&shy; منظور توسعه در مناطق روستایی بکار گرفته&shy; اند توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی می‌باشد. لذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و اولویت&shy; بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی در مناطق روستایی شهر رستمکلا می &shy;باشد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش کتابخانه &shy;ای و میدانی بوده و شاخص</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ها و داده</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">های آماری لازم از طریق پرسش&shy;نامه، جمع&shy; آوری گردید. جامعه آماری شامل کشاورزان نمونه و کارآفرین دهستان کوهستان و نمونه آماری تحقیق، 150 نفر از سرپرستان خانوارهای منطقه مورد مطالعه در سال 1395، از طریق روش نمونه&shy; گیری تصادفی و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب شده&shy; اند. </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج بیانگر این است که شاخص عوامل اجتماعی با میانگین رتبه &shy;ای 84/2، مؤثرترین و شاخص عوامل محیطی با میانگین رتبه &shy;ای 93/1، کم &shy;اثر&shy;ترین عامل در بین عوامل مؤثر بر کارآفرینی می &shy;باشند و عوامل نهادی و اقتصادی در رتبه &shy;های دوم و سوم قرار گرفته</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اند.</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">به‌طورکلی نتایج نشان داد </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">که </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">عواملی مانند داشتن روحیه گروه&shy; گرایی و وجود ارتباطات و شبکه اجتماعی در میان روستاییان، اعتماد به ‌نفس، ابتکار، خلاقیت فردی و انگیزه بالا دارای بیشترین اثرگذاری بر توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی و افزایش </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سطح مهارت&shy;های کارآفرینانۀ روستاییان بوده است. لذا </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ایجاد مراکز آموزشی، ترویجی و مشاوره&shy;ای کارآفرینی به &shy;منظور ارائه توصیه کارشناسی و استفاده از استعدادهای کارآفرینی روستاییان ضرورت دارد.</span></span></strong><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; Entrepreneurs are the engines of economic development and have a special place in agricultural development and especially in rural development. For this reason, one of the most important strategies that have been used by many countries in recent decades to develop rural areas is the development of agricultural entrepreneurship. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate and prioritize the factors affecting the development of agricultural entrepreneurship in rural areas of Rostamkola. The library and field research method was used and the indices and statistical data were gathered through a questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of sample farmers and entrepreneurs in the mountain village and a sample of 150 students of households in the study area in 1395 were selected using random sampling method using Cochran formula. The results indicate that the index of social factors with an average of 2.84, the most effective and index of environmental factors with a mean of 1.93 is the least effective factor among the factors affecting entrepreneurship. The institutional and Economical factors are ranked second and third respectively. Overall, the results showed that factors such as having grouping spirit and the existence of communication and social network among the villagers, trust, initiative, individual creativity and high motivation have had the most impact on the development of rural entrepreneurship and increasing the level of entrepreneurial skills of villagers.
