fa شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده توسعه کارآفرینی در زمینه انرژی های تجدیدپذیر در بخش کشاورزی، ایران Identifying the Barriers to Entrepreneurship Development in the Field of Renewable Energies in Agriculture Sector, Iran کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">     کارآفرینی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین راه حل ها برای رسیدن به توسعه اقتصادی محسوب می شود. با توجه به اهمیت و پتانسیل بالای انرژی های تجدیدپذیر در بخش کشاورزی کشور، کارآفرینی میتواند با ایجاد فرصت های شغلی جدید، نقش مهمی در گستردگی و تنوع اشتغال جمعیت بیکار کشور در این بخش داشته باشد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده توسعه کارآفرینی در زمینه بهره &rlm;برداری از انرژی های تجدیدپذیر در بخش کشاورزی ایران انجام شده است. برای تحقق این هدف ابتدا با استفاده از مرور منابع کتابخانه ای و اسنادی و سپس به صورت میدانی (پرسشنامه) عوامل بازدارنده مؤثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی در زمینه انرژی های تجدیدپذیر در بخش کشاورزی شناسایی شدند. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی است، به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی، میزان درجه نظارت و کنترل از نوع میدانی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 130 نفر از مدیران شرکت های فعال در زمینه انرژی های تجدیدپذیر در بخش کشاورزی سراسر کشور تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان 97 نفر، تعیین گردید، که روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بود. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق متخصصان ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و دانشکده کارآفرینی دانشگاه تهران مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و به منظور سنجش پایایی ابزار تحقیق، تعداد 30 نسخه از پرسشنامه در سازمان انرژی های تجدیدپذیر و بهره وری برق ایران مورد پیش آزمون قرار گرفت و پایایی آن بین 7/0 تا 86/0 مشخص گردید که نشان داد پرسشنامه از پایایی خوبی برخوردار است. نتایج یافته ها نشان داد که مدیران معتقد بودند اصلی ترین عامل بازدارنده توسعه ی کارآفرینی در زمینه انرژی های تجدیدپذیر در بخش کشاورزی عامل سیاست گذاری است که وجود مقررات دست و پاگیر در جهت اخذ وام های بانکی در رتبه اول و سپس توجه ناکافی به توسعه کارآفرینی در سیاست گذاری های کلان کشور و فقدان سیاست های قانون گذاری و مشوق های مالیاتی در این در رتبه دوم و سوم قرار داشتند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">   </div>      Entrepreneurship is one of the main pillars of growth and development so that it is considered the engine of economic development in each country. With respect to the importance and high potential of renewable energy in the agricultural sector of the country, entrepreneurship can play an important role in the widespread and diverse employment of unemployed people in the country by creating new job opportunities. The purpose of this study was identifying the barriers to the development of entrepreneurship in the field of renewable energies in the agriculture sector of Iran. Therefore, the possible obstacles were extracted from an extensive literature review and followed by a field survey (questionnaire). The present research is a survey in terms of its method and it is an applied research in terms of its purpose and is a field study in terms of the extent of its supervision and control. The statistical population of the research includes 130 managers of companies active in renewable energies in&rlm; the Agriculture sector from across the country. The sampling technique was simple random sampling method and the sample size was determined 97 subjects by using Krejcie & Morgan table. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using a panel of experts in the field of agricultural extension and education at Tarbiat Modares University and Faculty of Entrepreneurship of Tehran University. In order to assess the reliability of the research tool, 30 copies of the questionnaire were pretested in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Organization of Iran and its reliability ranged from 0.7 to 0.86, which showed that the questionnaire has a good reliability.
