fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت مالی تعاونی های کشاورزی شهرستان های منتخب استان مازندران کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><strong>امروزه نقش شرکت&shy;های تعاونی در توسعه</strong><strong>&shy;ی</strong><strong> اقتصادی- اجتماعی، تجهیز سرمایه و افکار و تبدیل آنها به نیروهای مؤثر در فرآیند توسعه &shy;ی اقتصادی- اجتماعی و توزیع عادلانه مواهب حاصل از این توسعه در بین مردم به &shy;ویژه توده&shy; های فقیر و کم&shy;درآمد بر کسی پوشیده نیست. </strong><strong>به&shy; منظور تعیین میزان موفقیت تعاونی&shy; ها در رسیدن به این اهداف لازم است تا فعالیت&shy; های آنها مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گیرد. یکی از موارد مهم در مطالعه &shy;ی وضعیت تعاونی&shy;های کشاورزی بررسی وضعیت مالی این شرکت‌ها است</strong><strong>. </strong><strong>به همین دلیل،</strong><strong> این پژوهش به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت مالی تعاونی‌های کشاورزی </strong><strong>شهرستان&shy;های ساری، بابل و آمل در سال 1395 و 1396 </strong><strong>خواهد پرداخت. داده &shy;های موردنیاز از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه جمع&shy;آوری و برای تجزیه و تحلیل از نرم &shy;افزار </strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span></strong> <strong>و </strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Eviews</span></span></strong><strong> استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد </strong><strong>متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات کارکنان، تحصیلات و تجربه&shy; ی مدیر اثر مثبت و معنی&shy; دار بر سود سهام&shy;داران دارد. به عبارت دیگر، با افزایش یک سال بر تجربه مدیر و افزایش تعداد کارکنان تحصیل&shy;کرده سود سهام&shy;داران به&shy; ترتیب 73/5 و 25/1 میلیون تومان افزایش می&shy; یابد.</strong> <strong>افزایش یک سال بر تحصیلات مدیر، موجب افزایش سود پرداختی به سهام&shy;داران به&shy; میزان 14/42 میلیون تومان خواهد شد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد تعاونی&shy;های کشاورزی فعّال در شهرستان ساری سود بیشتری نسبت به تعاونی&shy;های شهرستان بابل و آمل به سهام&shy;داران خود پرداخت کردند.</strong></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Now, the role of cooperatives in socio-economic development, equipping capital and thoughts, and then changing them to effective powers in the process of socio-economic development, distributing the benefits of this process in a more equitable manner among people specially the poor and low-income masses, is obvious for all of us. For determining the level of cooperative success to achieve their goals, it is necessary to investigate their activities. The study of financial situation of cooperative is one of the important case in the study of cooperative conditions. So, this research will investigate the effective factors on financial success of agricultural cooperatives in Sari, Babol, and Amol cities during 1395 and 1396. Requirement data was collected by filling in questionnaire, then analyzed by SPSS and Eviews software. The results showed the level of staff&#39;s education, the level of manager&#39;s education and manager&#39;s experience have positive and significant effect on stockholder&#39;s profit. In other words, if manager experience and the number of educated staff increase, stockholders profit will increase 5.73 and 1.25 Million Tomans, respectively. Also the result showed if manager education increase for one year, stockholders profit will increase 42.14 million Toman.
