fa شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی راهبردهای توسعه‌ی کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی استان خوزستان کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:11px;">کارآفرینی کشاورزی یکی از زمینه‌های کارآفرینی و &nbsp;به معنی پذیرش مخاطرات حاصل از یک واحد تولیدی، خدماتی، بازرگانی مرتبط با فعالیت‌های بخش کشاورزی است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقاط قوت، نقاط ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای توسعه کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی استان خوزستان با استفاده از رویکرد تلفیقی <span dir="LTR">AHP-SWOT</span> انجام شد. روش تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت، توصیفی-تحلیلی است. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با افراد خبره (20 کارشناس) جمع‌آوری شد. تعیین نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید به شیوه <span dir="LTR">SWOT</span> و محاسبه وزن راهبردها با استفاده از <span dir="LTR">AHP</span> انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد منطقه مورد مطالعه جهت توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی با 7 نقطه قوت و امتیاز نهایی 869/2، 14 نقطه ضعف و امتیاز نهایی 195/2، 11 نقطه فرصت و امتیاز نهایی 894/2 و 13 تهدید و امتیاز نهایی 083/1 مواجه می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که وجود اقلیم متفاوت در سطح استان و تنوع در تولید محصولات کشاورزی مهم‌ترین نقطه قوت، عدم حمایت نهادهای دولتی و برخورداری مناسب از تسهیلات دولتی مهم‌ترین نقطه ضعف، وجود ظرفیت‌ها و پتانسیل‌های طبیعی جهت سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش کشاورزی مهم‌ترین نقطه فرصت و ریسک بالای سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه کشاورزی توسط بخش خصوصی مهم‌ترین نقطه تهدید در توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی در استان خوزستان به شمار می‌آیند.</span></strong></div> Agricultural Entrepreneurship One of the areas of entrepreneurship is the acceptance of the risks of a production, service, and business unit related to agricultural activities.&nbsp; The purpose of this study was to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of entrepreneurship development in the agricultural sector of Khuzestan province using AHP-SWOT integrated approach. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytic in nature. Data were collected using a questionnaire and interviews with experts (20 experts). The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of SWOT were determined and strategies weighted using AHP. The results showed that the study area for development of agricultural entrepreneurship with 7 strengths and final points of 2.869, 14 weaknesses and final points of 2.195, 11 opportunity and final points of 2.894 and 13 threats and final points of 1.083 is facing. The results also showed that the existence of different climates at the provincial level and diversity in agricultural production are the most important strengths, lack of support from public institutions, and adequate access to government facilities. The most important weaknesses are the existence of natural capacities and potentials for investment in agriculture.
