fa بررسی نقش شرکت‌های خدمات مکانیزاسیون کشاورزی در توسعه کارآفرینی در استان خوزستان کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">شرکت‌های خدمات مکانیزاسیون کشاورزی، تشکل‌هایی هستند که می‌توانند در توسعه &shy;ی کارآفرینی کشاورزی مؤثر باشند. این تحقیق به&shy; منظور بررسی نقش شرکت‌های خدمات مکانیزاسیون کشاورزی در توسعه &shy;ی کارآفرینی در استان خوزستان با استفاده از داده‌های مقطعی سال زراعی 98-1397 انجام شد. روش تحقیق، پیمایشی-توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کارشناسان شرکت‌های خدمات مکانیزاسیون کشاورزی استان خوزستان بود (380=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman Bold,serif;">N</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">)، که در نهایت، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 220 نفر به&shy;عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای استفاده شد و ابزار اصلی تحقیق، پرسشنامه بود که پایایی آن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman Bold,serif;">IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">&nbsp;و محاسبه&shy; ی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (86/0) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. روایی صوری نیز با نظرخواهی از متخصصان و کارشناسان خبره تأیید شد. برای شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عامل‌های مؤثر بر</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نقش شرکت‌های خدمات مکانیزاسیون کشاورزی در توسعه&shy; ی کارآفرینی در استان خوزستان از تحلیل عاملی و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد. رتبه‌بندی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر نشان داد که&nbsp; گویه‌های حمایت دولت از شرکت‌های خدمات مکانیزاسیون، حمایت بانک‌ها و مؤسسات مالی-اعتباری از شرکت‌های خدمات مکانیزاسیون کشاورزی و کاهش مقررات دست &shy;و&shy;پاگیر بانکی و اداری جهت دریافت تسهیلات، در بالاترین اولویت‌ها قرار گرفتند. تحلیل عاملی نیز نشان داد که در مجموع 465/78 درصد از واریانس‌های عامل‌های مؤثر بر نقش شرکت‌های خدمات مکانیزاسیون کشاورزی در توسعه&shy; ی کارآفرینی در استان خوزستان را سه عامل حمایتی، مهارتی و ساختاری تبیین می‌کنند. همچنین، آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که از بین سه عامل حمایتی، مهارتی و ساختاری، عامل حمایتی دارای بیشترین اهمیت است.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Agricultural mechanization services companies are organizations that can contribute to the development of agricultural entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of agricultural mechanization services companies in entrepreneurship development in Khuzestan province using cross-sectional data of 2018-2019. The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population of this study included experts of agricultural mechanization services companies in Khuzestan province (N = 380). Finally, 220 individuals were selected using random sampling and Cochran formula. Cronbach&#39;s alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. The main research tool was a questionnaire whose reliability was confirmed using IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software and Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient (0.86). Validity was also confirmed by consulting experts. Factor analysis and Friedman test were used to identify and rank the factors influencing the role of agricultural mechanization services companies in entrepreneurship development in Khuzestan province. The ranking of effective factors showed that the top priorities of government support for mechanization services companies, support of banks and financial institutions for agricultural mechanization services companies and reduction of banking and administrative barriers to receiving facilities were top priorities. Factor analysis also showed that 78.465% of the variance of factors affecting the role of agricultural mechanization services companies in entrepreneurship development in Khuzestan province are explained by three supportive, skill and structural factors.
