fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه ی روستایی با تأکید بر کارآفرینی کشاورزی(مورد مطالعه: استان خراسان شمالی) Study of Factors Affecting Rural Development, With A Focus on the Role of Agricultural Entrepreneurship (Case Study: North Khorasan Province) کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">    توسعه ی روستایی از مهم‌ترین بحث‌هایی است که در هر جامعه‌ای به ویژه در جوامع در حال توسعه مطرح بوده است. از آنجایی که کارآفرینی با خلق فرصت‌های جدید اشتغال و در نتیجه ایجاد درآمد، نقش مؤثری در بهبود وضع اقتصادی و معیشتی روستاییان ایجاد می‌کند، لذا توسعه روستاها در مقایسه با گذشته، پیوند گسترده‌تری با مفهوم کارآفرینی و به ویژه کارآفرینی کشاورزی یافته است. از اینرو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه تأثیر چهار عامل نوآوری، تولید، منابع مالی و بازار بر توسعه ی روستایی از طریق نقش میانجی کارآفرینی کشاورزی در میان تعداد 42 نفر از کارآفرینان نمونه استان خراسان شمالی بوده است و با توجه به محدودبودن جامعه، حجم نمونه نیز برابر با حجم جامعه در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد بوده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده‌ها از نرم افزار SPSS و از روش بوت استراپ برای آزمون اثرات غیرمستقیم استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که کارآفرینی کشاورزی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر توسعه روستایی دارد و بین عوامل نوآوری، تولید، منابع مالی و بازار با توسعه روستایی نیز رابطه ی مستقیم وجود دارد. در مجموع، یافته ها نشان می دهند که عوامل چهارگانه نوآوری تولید، عوامل تولید، منابع مالی و بازار تولید، به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم (کارآفرینی کشاورزی) بر توسعه ی روستایی اثر دارند.   </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Rural development is one of the most important issues in any society, especially in developing societies. As entrepreneurship plays an important role in improving the economic and living conditions of villagers by creating new employment opportunities and thereby generating income, the development of the villages has found a broader connection with the concept of entrepreneurship and in particular agricultural entrepreneurship than in Past. The aim of this study was therefore to examine the effects of four factors such as innovation, production, financial resources and the market on rural development through the mediating role of agricultural entrepreneurship among 42 exemplary entrepreneurs in the province of North Khorasan. The sample size also corresponds to the community size. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire developed by Yilmaz et al. For statistical analysis of the data, the SPSS software and the bootstrap method were used in Macro Preacher and Hayes (2008) to test indirect effects. The results showed that agricultural entrepreneurship has a positive and significant impact on rural development and that there is a direct link between innovation, production, financial resources and market factors with rural development. Indirect hypotheses were examined using the macro step boot method, which confirmed all indirect hypotheses.
