fa وبررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تاب آوری کسب وکارهای گلخانه ای در استان گلستان An Investigation of Factors Effecting on Greenhouse Business Resilience in Golestan Province کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">با توجه به روند رو به توسعه راه اندازی کسب وکارهای گلخانه ای در استان گلستان،  بررسی عوامل مؤثر تاب آوری این کسب وکارها اهمیت زیادی دارد. هدف این تحقیق،  شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر تاب آوری کسب و کارهای گلخانه ای در استان گلستان است. به این منظور، از روش تحقیق پیمایشی جهت گردآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز استفاده شد. جامعه ی هدف،کلیه ی مالکان کسب وکارهای گلخانه ای در سطح استان گلستان به تعداد 542 نفر بود. نمونه ها به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله ای از 7 شهرستان انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات از طریق 221 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی و تأیید شد. از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی به منظور شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر تاب‌آوری کسب وکارهای گلخانه‌ای استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که پنج عامل توان تصمیم گیری و برنامه ریزی، امید به آینده، حمایتهای نهادی، امنیت شغلی و فرصت طلبی و رقابت پذیری در مجموع 76/47 درصد کل واریانس عوامل مؤثر بر تاب آوری کسب وکارهای گلخانه ای را تبیین می کردند. نتایج آزمونهای مقایسه ای (منوایتنی و کروسکال والیس) نشان داد که سطح تاب آوری در بین پاسخگویان مرد، افراد غیربومی و افراد وابسته به بازار محلی برای تأمین نهاده بیشتر است. به طور کلی، عوامل استخراج در این تحقیق چارچوبی کلیدی فراهم می کند که می تواند نقش عوامل درونی مانند مهارت های مدیریتی و کارآفرینانه با عوامل بیرونی مانند حمایتهای نهادی و امنیت شغلی را در بهبود تاب آوری تلفیق کند تا در سیاست گذاری ارتقای تاب آوری کسب وکار مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.       </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Considering the developing trend of starting-up greenhouse businesses in Golestan province, it is very important to study the effective factors of resilience in these businesses. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the resilience of greenhouse businesses in Golestan province. In this regard, a survey research method was used to collect the required information. The target population includes all 542 of greenhouse owners in Golestan Province. The samples were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method from 7 Counties, and the information was collected through 221 questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and confirmed based on the opinion of experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha. Exploratory factor analysis method was used to identify the factors affecting the resilience of greenhouse businesses. The results showed that the five factors titled decision-making and planning ability, hope for the future, institutional supports, job security and opportunism and competitiveness explain 76.47% of the total variance of the factors affecting the resilience of greenhouse businesses. The results of compare mean tests (Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis) showed that the level of resilience is higher among male respondents, non-natives and respondents who depend on local market to purchase inputs.
