fa ارزش حفاظتی دژ تاریخی قلعه رودخان در رونق کارآفرینی و توسعه روستایی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;ارزش‌گذاری اقتصادی اماکن تاریخی واقع در روستاها، معرفی و شناساندن آن به مخاطبان و درک اهمیت استراتژیک وجود چنین موهبت‌هایی، کلیدی‌ترین اقدام برای برنامه‌ریزی توسعه روستایی، ایجاد و رونق اشتغال و تولید و توسعه بوم&shy; گردی است. این مطالعه تمایل به پرداخت حفاظتی بازدیدکنندگان از دژ تاریخی قلعه‌رودخان را از طریق ارزش&shy; گذاری مشروط با روش انتخاب یک‌و‌نیم بعدی برآورد می‌کند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد 75 درصد افراد در برنامه حفاظت از دژ تاریخی قلعه‌رودخان تمایل به پرداخت دارند. میانگین تمایل به پرداخت حفاظتی در کل افراد نمونه، معادل 22650ریال و مازاد رفاه سالانه بازدیدکنندگان 38/5 میلیارد تومان برآورد شده است. گروه مخالفان نیز دلایلی مانند: وظیفه دولت بودن (38 درصد)، پرداخت توسط ساکنان روستا (6 درصد)، مشارکت توسط بازدیدکنندگان غیربومی (56 درصد) را اعلام کردند. پیشنهاد شد مبالغ دریافتی از بازدیدکنندگان بر اساس اولویت ابتدا برای ترمیم قسمت&shy; های آسیب&shy; دیده و در حال تخریب این دژ تاریخی جهت سرپا نگه&shy;داشتن این بنای ارزشمند اختصاص &shy;یافته و سپس جهت آموزش و برگزاری برنامه&shy; های ترویج حفاظت از محیط زیست و ابنیه تاریخی تخصیص و هزینه شود. حفظ این بنای تاریخی ارزشمند منجر به ایجاد اشتغال، مهاجرت معکوس اهالی روستا از شهر به دیار خود، رشد اقتصادی روستا، احیاء و رونق صنایع دستی منطقه خواهد شد.</strong></span><strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;"></span></span></span></strong><span dir="LTR"></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Economic evaluation of historical sites located in villages, introducing and introducing it to the audience and understanding the strategic importance of such gifts is the key to planning rural development, job creation and prosperity, and production and development of ecotourism. This study estimates the willingness of visitors to pay for the protection of the historic fort of Qala-e-Rudkhan through conditional valuation with the next One-and-one-half-bound dichotomous choice method. The results showed that 75% of people are willing to pay for the protection of the historical fort of Qala-e-Rudkhan. The average willingness to pay for protection in all sample people is equivalent to 22,650 Rials and the annual welfare surplus of visitors is estimated at 38.5 billion Tomans. Opposition groups also cited reasons such as government duty (38%), payment by rural residents (6%) and participation by non-native visitors (56%). It was suggested that the amounts received from visitors be allocated on a first- come, first-served basis for repairing damaged and demolishing parts of this historic fortress to support this valuable building, and then allocate and spend it to hold programs to promote environmental protection and historic buildings.
