fa بررسی صلاحیت های کارآفرینی کشاورزی بر امنیت غذایی خانوارهای روستایی بخش ماهیدشت، استان کرمانشاه Study of Agricultural Entrepreneurship Competencies on Food Security of Rural Households in Mahidasht district of Kermanshah province کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: هدف از انجام تحقیق مطالعه بررسی صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینی کشاورزی بر امنیت غذایی خانوارهای روستایی بخش ماهیدشت در استان کرمانشاه بوده است. مواد و روش‌ها: تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات پژوهشی وکاربردی بوده و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات غیرآزمایشی و مقطعی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر 890 نفر از خانوار (سرپرست) های روستایی بخش ماهیدشت بوده و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برابر با 268 نفر محاسبه شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش‌نامه‌ای متشکل از 9 عامل، 42 گویه و متغیر وابسته شامل 5 عامل و 24 گویه بوده که پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ متغیرهای وابسته و مستقل مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. جهت بررسـی رابطـه علی بین متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر امنیت غذایی (متغیر وابسته) از روش رگرسـیون چندگانه به روش رگرسیون گام به گام اسـتفاده شـده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج رگرسیون بیانگر آن بود که متغیر ریسک‌پذیری، شناسایی فرصت  بیشترین تأثیر را در زمینه امنیت غذایی داراست. نتیجه گیری: در این زمینه پیشنهاد طراحی یک سیستم منظّم و هدفمند، نظارت و ارزشیابی در راستای اجرای برنامه‌های اصلاح الگوی مصرف و سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش کشاورزی با دردست‌داشتن ابزار لازم برای برقراری امنیت غذایی کاملاً ضروری است. <div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract                                                                                 Introduction and Objective: The main purpose of this study was to investigate agricultural entrepreneurship competencies on food security of rural households in Mahidasht district, Kermanshah province. Matrial and Methods: The research is of applied research type and the data collection method is non-experimental and cross-sectional research. The statistical population of the present study is 890 rural households (heads) in Mahidasht district and the sample size has been calculated using the Cochran's formula equal to 268 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire consisting of 9 factors and 42 items and the dependent variable consisted of 5 factors of 24 items, the reliability of which was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of dependent and independent variables. To investigate the causal relationship between variables affecting food security (dependent variable), multiple regression method was used stepwise. Result: Regression results showed that the risk-taking variable (beta coefficient 0.445); Opportunity identification (beta coefficient 0.347) and variable (beta coefficient 0.144) had the greatest impact on food security.
