fa تحلیل عوامل اثرگذار بر توانمندسازی کارآفرینی زنان روستایی سرپرست خانوار در شهرستان سراب Analysis of Factors Affecting Entrepreneurial Empowerment of Women Heads of Rural Households in Sarab County کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: بیتوجهی به پیشرانهای اصلی تأثیرگذار بر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی، خصوصاً در بخش اشتغال و کارآفرینی، همیشه بر پتانسیل&rlm; های اشتغال&rlm; زایی، ظرفیت های روانشناختی کارآفرینانه و جایگاه واقعی زنان در توسعه فرهنگی-اجتماعی و اقتصادی یک جامعه روستایی سایه افکنده است. لذا بهبود توانمندسازی زنان روستایی، به‌عنوان یک عامل کلیدی در کاهش شکاف&rlm; های جنسیتی و یکی از ارکان مهم توسعه یک جامعه روستایی است. در این راستا، هدف تحقیق در قالب 10 فرضیه اصلی، تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی کارآفرینی زنان سرپرست خانوار در روستاهای شهرستان سراب بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که به شیوه میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان سرپرست خانوار (6101 N=) در روستاهای شهرستان سراب بودند که به روش نمونهگیری چندمرحله&rlm;ای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب، تعداد 363 نفر از 18 روستا و 5 دهستان (دهستان&rlm;های رازلیق، 77 نفر، حومه، 100 نفر؛ ابرغان، 96 نفر؛ اردلان، 46 نفر و آلان برآغوش، 43 نفر) به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. تحلیل فرضیه &rlm;های تحقیق، با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری به روش PLS و با کمک نرم&rlm; افزارهایSmartPLS  نسخه 3 و SPSS 22 انجام گردید. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه ساختارمند بوده که برای بررسی روایی ابزار تحقیق، از روایی همگرا (با کمک AVE) و روایی تشخیصی و برای پایایی ابزار تحقیق از مقادیر بار عاملی، پایایی ترکیبی (CR) و مقدار آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که در زمینه اثرگذاری مستقیم بر توانمندسازی کارآفرینی زنان روستایی، به‌ترتیب اولویت، عوامل پتانسیل&rlm; های اشتغال&rlm; زایی، مالی-اقتصادی و فرهنگی-اجتماعی تأثیر مثبت و معنی&rlm; داری داشتند؛ اما تأثیرگذاری عامل روان&rlm;شناختی بر توانمندسازی کارآفرینی زنان روستایی معنادار به دست نیامد. همچنین، مهم&rlm;ترین عوامل اثرگذار بر توانمندسازی کارآفرینی زنان روستایی به‌واسطه نقش میانجی پتانسیل&rlm; های اشتغال&rlm; زایی (اثرگذاری غیرمستقیم)، به‌ترتیب اولویت، شامل عامل&rlm; های روانشناختی، مالی-اقتصادی و فرهنگی- اجتماعی بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: مدل مفهومی تحقیق توانسته است در سطح مطلوبی عوامل اثرگذار بر توانمندسازی زنان روستایی را تبیین کند. با آنکه عامل روانشناختی اثرگذاری مستقیم و معنی &rlm;داری را بر توانمندسازی کارآفرینی زنان روستایی نشان نداد؛ اما به‌واسطه متغیر میانجی پتانسیل&rlm; های اشتغال&rlm;زایی، بیشترین تأثیر (131/0) را در مقایسه با متغیرهای مالی-اقتصادی و فرهنگی- اجتماعی بر توانمندسازی داشته است. ارتقاء توانمندسازی روانی و تشویق زنان روستایی از طریق برنامه&rlm;های آموزشی در زمینه بهبود ظرفیت&rlm; های روانشناختی زنان در اشتغال و کارآفرینی، سامان&rlm;دهی شرایط مشارکت&rlm; های بیشتر اجتماعی و اقتصادی زنان روستایی در برنامه&rlm; های توسعه روستایی و کارآفرینی، تقویت صندوق &rlm;های اعتباری، ایجاد بازارهای محلی با مشارکت حداکثری زنان روستایی و حمایت از کسب و کارهای کارآفرینانه آنان می&rlm;تواند بر بهبود توانمندسازی&rlm;شان اثربخش باشد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Ignoring the main drivers affecting the empowerment of rural women, especially in the field of employment and entrepreneurship, always overshadows the employment potentials, entrepreneurial psychological capacities and the real position of women in the socio-cultural and economic development of a rural society. Therefore, improving the empowerment of rural women is a key factor in reducing gender gaps and one of the important pillars of the development of a rural community. In this regard, the purpose of the study in the form of 10 main hypotheses was to analyze the factors affecting the entrepreneurial empowerment of female-headed households in the villages of Sarab County. Material and Methods: This study is a descriptive-analytical research that was conducted by survey method. The statistical population included all female-headed households (N= 6101) in the villages of Sarab County. By multi-stage random sampling method with proportional assignment, 363 people from 18 villages and 5 districts (districts of Razliq, 77 people; Hoomeh, 100 people; Aberghan, 96 people; Ardalan, 46 people and Alan Baraghosh, 43 people) were selected as a statistical sample. To analyze the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling was used by PLS method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 and SPSS 22.0 software. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire that used convergent validity (with the help of AVE) and diagnostic validity to evaluate the validity of the research instrument and factor load values, combined reliability (CR) and Cronbach's alpha value were used for the reliability of the research instrument. Results: The results of structural equation modeling showed that in terms of direct impact on entrepreneurial empowerment of rural women, the factors of employment potential, financial-economic and socio-cultural potentials had a positive and significant effect, respectively; But the effect of psychological factor on entrepreneurial empowerment of rural women was not significant. Also, the most important factors affecting the entrepreneurial empowerment of rural women due to the mediating role of job creation potentials (indirect impact), in order of priority, included psychological, financial-economic and cultural-social factors. Conclusion: The conceptual model of the research has been able to explain the factors affecting the empowerment of rural women at the desired level. Although the psychological factor did not have a direct and significant effect on the entrepreneurial empowerment of rural women; But due to the mediating variable of job creation potentials, it has the greatest effect (0.131) in comparison with financial-economic and cultural-social variables on empowerment.
