fa تحول دیجیتال و اکوسیستم کارآفرینی: مسیرهای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار در کشاورزی Digital Transformation and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem: Pathways to Achieving Sustainable Competitive Advantage in Agriculture کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research مقدمه و هدف: بخش کشاورزی در سراسر جهان با چالشی بی‌سابقه و چندوجهی روبروست که نیازمند تحولی بنیادین در رویکردها و شیوه‌های اجرایی است. پیش‌بینی‌ها حاکی از افزایش قابل توجه تقاضای جهانی برای غذا تا سال ۲۰۵۰ است، درحالی‌که این بخش حیاتی، که معیشت میلیاردها نفر به آن وابسته است، تحت‌فشار شدید تغییرات اقلیمی و تخریب منابع طبیعی قرار دارد. شیوه‌های کشاورزی سنتی، با ناکارآمدی‌های ذاتی و پیامدهای زیست‌محیطی، پایداری سیستم‌های غذایی و جوامع روستایی را تهدید می‌کنند. این آسیب‌پذیری، نیاز به راهکارهای نوآورانه پایدار را برجسته می‌سازد. در پاسخ، مفهوم «کارآفرینی پایدار کشاورزی» (SAE)  به‌عنوان پارادایم تحول‌آفرین ظهور کرده است. SAE فراتر از تولید رفته و بر مدیریت فرصت‌ها در زنجیره ارزش با تمرکز بر تعادل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی تأکید دارد. دستیابی به SAE نیازمند تحول دیجیتال (IoT، AI، بلاک‌چین) برای بهره‌وری و اکوسیستم حمایتی (سیاست‌ها، مالی) است. اما ادبیات شکاف‌هایی دارد: عدم تحلیل یکپارچه تحول دیجیتال و اکوسیستم در SCA؛ تمرکز جغرافیایی محدود؛ و کم‌توجهی به جنسیت، جایی که زنان موانع بیشتری مواجه‌اند. این مرور به سؤال اصلی پاسخ می‌دهد: چگونه تعامل تحول دیجیتال و اکوسیستم کارآفرینی مسیرهای SCA  را برای کارآفرینان کشاورزی (با ابعاد جنسیتی) شکل می‌دهد؟ اهداف فرعی: (۱) شناسایی فناوری‌ها و تأثیر بر پایداری؛ (۲) بررسی نقش اکوسیستم؛ (۳) چارچوب مفهومی مسیرها. نوآوری: ادغام جریان‌ها و تمرکز جنسیتی. مواد و روشها: روش‌شناسی این پژوهش یک مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات جامع (SLR) است که بر اساس چارچوب دقیق دستورالعمل‌های PRISMA طراحی و اجرا شد. این رویکرد برای اطمینان از شفافیت، تکرارپذیری و کاهش سوگیری در شناسایی و سنتز شواهد موجود اتخاذ گردید. فرآیند جستجو و انتخاب مطالعات شامل جستجوی جامع در سه پایگاه داده اصلی علمی شاملScopus، Web of Science  و CAB Abstracts بود. جستجوی تکمیلی نیز از طریق Google Scholar و روش گلوله برفی انجام شد. مطالعات منتشر شده از ابتدای سال ۲۰۰۰ تا  سال ۲۰۲۵ (زمان نهایی انجام جستجو در پایگاه‌های داده) مدنظر قرار گرفتند. این بازه زمانی طولانی به منظور ردیابی دقیق گذار از کشاورزی سنتی به پارادایم‌های دیجیتال و همچنین پوشش رشد تصاعدی انتشارات در حوزه تحول دیجیتال پس از سال ۲۰۲۰ انتخاب شده است.رشته‌های جستجو بر اساس ترکیب مفاهیم کلیدی پژوهش (کارآفرینی پایدار کشاورزی، تحول دیجیتال، اکوسیستم کارآفرینی و مزیت رقابتی پایدار) توسعه یافتند. فرآیند غربالگری شامل حذف موارد تکراری، ارزیابی عنوان و چکیده، و سپس ارزیابی متن کامل توسط دو پژوهشگر مستقل بود. ضریب توافق بین ارزیابان (کاپا) برای چکیده 87/0 و برای متن کامل 91/0 بود که نشان‌دهنده توافق بالا است. در نهایت، ۶۰ مقاله مرتبط برای سنتز نهایی انتخاب شدند. برای ادغام شواهد ناهمگون (کمی و کیفی)، از رویکرد سنتز موضوعی استفاده شد و نرم‌افزار NVivo برای تسهیل فرآیند کدگذاری و سازماندهی موضوعات به کار رفت. ارزیابی کیفیت با ابزار MMAT  انجام شد و استخراج داده‌ها با فرم استاندارد شامل اطلاعات کتابشناختی، زمینه مطالعه، روش‌شناسی، فناوری‌های کلیدی، موانع و تسهیل‌کننده‌ها بود. سنتز در سه مرحله کدگذاری، سازمان‌دهی موضوعات توصیفی و توسعه موضوعات تحلیلی انجام گرفت. یافتهها: فناوری‌های دیجیتال (مانند اینترنت اشیاء و هوش مصنوعی) به عنوان توانمندسازهای قدرتمندی برای افزایش بهره‌وری و پایداری شناسایی شدند. با این حال، پذیرش آن‌ها با موانع مهمی از جمله هزینه‌های بالا، شکاف مهارتی و کمبود زیرساخت مواجه است. تحلیل عمیق‌تر آشکار ساخت که مزیت رقابتی پایدار نه از خود فناوری، بلکه از هم‌افزایی میان فناوری، قابلیت‌های کارآفرینانه (سرمایه انسانی و اجتماعی) و یک اکوسیستم حمایتی (شامل سیاست‌ها، نهادهای مالی و خدمات ترویجی) نشأت می‌گیرد. این پژوهش مسیرهای متعددی را برای دستیابی به SCA شناسایی می‌کند، از جمله مسیر مبتنی بر بهره‌وری فناورانه، مسیر با اهرم اکوسیستم و دسترسی به بازار، و مدل مشارکتی کشاورزان خرد. تحلیل توزیع زمانی مقالات نشان‌دهنده رشد تصاعدی علاقه پژوهشی از سال ۲۰۲۰ به بعد است، با تمرکز جغرافیایی بر کشورهای آسیایی، به‌ویژه هند، اما مطالعاتی از آفریقا و اروپا نیز وجود دارد. از منظر روش‌شناختی، مطالعات کیفی و کمی به‌طور مساوی توزیع‌شده بودند. سنتز موضوعی پنج خوشه اصلی را شناسایی کرد: پذیرش فناوری نابرابر تحت تأثیر مقیاس مزرعه و زیرساخت؛ تأثیرات مثبت بر پایداری سه‌گانه (کاهش مصرف منابع، افزایش درآمد، توانمندسازی اجتماعی) با نگرانی‌هایی مانند جابجایی شغلی؛ موانع غالب مانند هزینه و شکاف دیجیتال، شدیدتر برای زنان؛ تسهیل‌کننده‌ها شامل آموزش و سیاست‌های حمایتی؛ و اکوسیستم کارآفرینی با ضعف عدم هماهنگی بین بازیگران. نتایج کمی و کیفی همگرایی بر اهمیت اکوسیستم و واگرایی بر تفاوت‌های زمینه‌ای را نشان داد. همچنین، مطالعات موردی نشان‌دهنده موفقیت مدل‌های تعاونی دیجیتال در کاهش ریسک برای کشاورزان خرد بودند. نتیجهگیری: دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار در کارآفرینی کشاورزی نیازمند یک رویکرد سیستمی و انعطاف‌پذیر است که در آن، نوآوری دیجیتال در یک بستر اکوسیستمی حمایت‌کننده ریشه داشته باشد. این پژوهش با ارائه یک چارچوب مفهومی یکپارچه که این تعاملات پیچیده را مدل‌سازی می‌کند، به ادبیات نظری کمک می‌کند. تلویحات عملی برای کارآفرینان شامل لزوم اتخاذ رویکردی استراتژیک به فناوری و تعامل فعال با اکوسیستم است. برای سیاست‌گذاران، ضرورت تدوین سیاست‌های یکپارچه، سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های روستایی، و طراحی برنامه‌های حمایتی هدفمند برای غلبه بر شکاف دیجیتال و جنسیتی برجسته می‌شود. کارآفرینی پایدار کشاورزی دیجیتالی، پتانسیل دگرگون‌کننده‌ای برای ساختن سیستم‌های غذایی تاب‌آور و پایدار دارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود پژوهش‌های آینده بر مطالعات تطبیقی و روش‌های ترکیبی تمرکز کنند تا تعمیم‌پذیری افزایش یابد. در نهایت، با تلاش هماهنگ ذی‌نفعان، می‌توان به توسعه روستایی فراگیر و امنیت غذایی دست یافت. علاوه بر این، ادغام فناوری‌های نوظهور مانند یادگیری ماشین در پیش‌بینی بازار می‌تواند فرصت‌های جدیدی ایجاد کند.   Introduction and Objective: The agricultural sector worldwide is facing an unprecedented and multifaceted challenge that necessitates a fundamental transformation in approaches and execution methods. Predictions indicate a significant increase in global food demand by 2050, while this vital sector, which sustains the livelihoods of billions, is under severe pressure from climate change and the degradation of natural resources. Traditional agricultural practices, with their inherent inefficiencies and environmental consequences, threaten the sustainability of food systems and rural communities. This vulnerability highlights the urgent need for innovative and sustainable solutions. In response, the concept of “Sustainable Agricultural Entrepreneurship” (SAE) has emerged as a transformative paradigm. SAE goes beyond mere production, emphasizing the management of opportunities within the value chain with a focus on balancing economic, social, and environmental aspects. Achieving SAE requires digital transformation (IoT, AI, blockchain) for enhanced productivity and a supportive ecosystem (including policies and financial structures). However, the literature reveals several gaps: a lack of integrated analysis of digital transformation and the ecosystem in sustainable competitive advantage (SCA), limited geographical focus, and insufficient attention to gender issues, where women face greater barriers. This review addresses the central question: How does the interaction between digital transformation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem shape pathways to SCA for agricultural entrepreneurs, considering gender dimensions? The sub-objectives include (1) identifying technologies and their impacts on sustainability; (2) examining the role of the ecosystem; and (3) developing a conceptual framework for these pathways. The innovation lies in integrating these streams and focusing on gender dimensions. Materials and Methods: The methodology of this research is a comprehensive systematic literature review (SLR) designed and executed based on the precise framework of PRISMA guidelines. This approach was adopted to ensure transparency, repeatability, and reduction of bias in identifying and synthesizing existing evidence. The search and selection process for studies involved a thorough search across three major scientific databases: Scopus, Web of Science, and CAB Abstracts. Additional searches were conducted using Google Scholar and the snowball method. Studies published from the beginning of 2000 up to the date of the search were considered. The search strings were developed based on a combination of the key concepts of the research (sustainable agricultural entrepreneurship, digital transformation, entrepreneurial ecosystem, and sustainable competitive advantage). The screening process included the removal of duplicate entries, evaluation of titles and abstracts, and subsequently, full-text assessment by two independent researchers. The agreement coefficient between the evaluators (kappa) was 0.87 for abstracts and 0.91 for full texts, indicating high agreement. Ultimately, 60 relevant articles were selected for final synthesis. To integrate heterogeneous evidence (both quantitative and qualitative), a thematic synthesis approach was employed, and NVivo software was utilized to facilitate the coding process and organization of themes. Quality assessment was conducted using the MMAT tool, and data extraction followed a standardized form that included bibliographic information, study context, methodology, key technologies, barriers, and facilitators. The synthesis was carried out in three stages: coding, organizing descriptive themes, and developing analytical themes. Results: Digital technologies (such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence) have been identified as powerful enablers for enhancing productivity and sustainability. However, their adoption faces significant barriers, including high costs, skills gaps, and lack of infrastructure. A deeper analysis revealed that sustainable competitive advantage does not arise solely from the technology itself, but from the synergy between technology, entrepreneurial capabilities (human and social capital), and a supportive ecosystem (including policies, financial institutions, and extension services). This research identifies multiple pathways to achieving sustainable competitive advantage (SCA), including technology-driven productivity pathways, ecosystem leverage pathways, and participatory models for smallholder farmers. The temporal distribution analysis of articles indicates a significant increase in research interest since 2020, with a geographical focus on Asian countries, particularly India, alongside studies from Africa and Europe. Methodologically, qualitative and quantitative studies were evenly distributed. The thematic synthesis identified five main clusters: unequal technology adoption influenced by farm scale and infrastructure; positive impacts on triple sustainability (resource consumption reduction, income increase, social empowerment) with concerns such as job displacement; predominant barriers like costs and the digital divide, which are more severe for women; facilitators including training and supportive policies; and an entrepreneurial ecosystem characterized by a lack of coordination among actors. The quantitative and qualitative results converged on the importance of the ecosystem while diverging on contextual differences. Additionally, case studies demonstrated the success of digital cooperative models in reducing risks for smallholder farmers. Conclusion: Achieving sustainable competitive advantage in agricultural entrepreneurship requires a systemic and flexible approach, wherein digital innovation is rooted in a supportive ecosystem. This research contributes to the theoretical literature by providing an integrated conceptual framework that models these complex interactions. Practical implications for entrepreneurs include the necessity of adopting a strategic approach to technology and actively engaging with the ecosystem. For policymakers, the importance of formulating integrated policies, investing in rural infrastructure, and designing targeted supportive programs to overcome digital and gender gaps is emphasized. Digital sustainable agricultural entrepreneurship holds transformative potential for building resilient and sustainable food systems. Future research is recommended to focus on comparative studies and mixed methods to enhance generalizability. Ultimately, through coordinated efforts among stakeholders, inclusive rural development and food security can be achieved.
