fa عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندی کارآفرینی و اشتغال پس از دانش‌آموختگی (مورد مطالعه: دانشجویان کارشناسی کشاورزی در دانشگاه یاسوج) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p>&nbsp;<strong> عدم اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان کشاورزی یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های نظام آموزش عالی کشور در چند سال اخیر بوده و اثرات نامطلوبی بر انگیزه تحصیل و یادگیری دانشجویان داشته است. لیکن به نظر می‌&lrm;رسد باتوجه به ظرفیت‌های بخش کشاورزی ایران، با ارتقاء توانمندی کارآفرینی دانشجویان می‌توان این مشکل را برطرف نمود. بنابراین، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل‌ مؤثر بر توانمندی کارآفرینی و اشتغال پس از دانش‌آموختگی از دیدگاه دانشجو<a name="_GoBack"></a>یان کشاورزی دانشگاه یاسوج بود که با روش پیمایشی صورت پذیرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان سال آخر کارشناسی کشاورزی در دانشگاه یاسوج بود ( </strong><strong>160 </strong><strong>N= </strong><strong>) که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای یک مرحله‌ای و با استفاده از جدول نمونه‌گیری کرجسی و مورگان حجم نمونه 110 نفر تعیین گردید. داده‌ها با ابزار پرسش‌نامه گردآوری شده و روایی آن توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از مطالعه راهنما و سنجش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (آلفا بین 89/0 تا 97/0). نتایج نشان داد عوامل فردی، فرهنگی- اجتماعی و سپس عوامل آموزشی دارای بیشترین تأثیر را بر توانمندی کارآفرینی دانشجویان دارند. مهم‌ترین عوامل فردی شامل باور به خودکارآمدی و خلاقیت، مهم‌ترین عوامل فرهنگی- اجتماعی شامل مسائل اقتصادی جامعه و جذابیت کارآفرینی و مهم‌ترین عوامل آموزشی شامل وجود فضای مناسب رقابتی در دانشگاه و وجود محیط خوابگاهی خلاق می‌باشند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان مورد مطالعه بیشترین توانمندی را در روابط اجتماعی، خلاقیت، توانمندی‌های ارتباطی و رهبری دارا می‌باشند. در پایان، برای بهبود توانمندی کارآفرینی دانشجویان پیشنهاد </strong><strong>هایی ارائه شده است. </strong></p> <p>&nbsp; The Unemployment of agricultural graduates has been one of the most important challenges of higher education systems in recent years, and has had the negative effects on students&rsquo; learning and motivation. But it seems that according to the capacity of the agricultural sector in Iran, this problem can be solved by enhancing students&rsquo; entrepreneurship empowerment. Thus, the main purpose of the present study was to identify the factors affecting entrepreneurship empowerment and employment of students after graduation that implemented by survey method. The statistical population of the study was the senior students at Yasouj University (160 person), that 110 of them selected by proportional stratified random sampling. Data were gathered using questionnaires. The face validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and pilot study, and measuring Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha (0.89 - 0.97). The results of the study showed that the majority of students believed, individual, socio-cultural and educational factors respectively have the greatest effect on students&#39; entrepreneurial skills. The most important individual factors includes self-efficacy beliefs and creativity the most important socio-cultural factors includes community&rsquo;s economic issues and the attractiveness of entrepreneurship career and the most important educational factors includes the existence of competitive environment in university and the creative and dynamic environment in dorms. The results showed that the respondents have more potential in social relations, creativity, and leadership and communication skills, respectively.
