fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ایجاد روحیهی کارآفرینی در دانشجویان دانشکده ی منابع طبیعی دانشگاه چمران واحد دانشگاهی بهبهان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p>&nbsp;<strong> هدف </strong><strong>این </strong><strong>تحقیق </strong><strong>توصیفی-پیمایشی، </strong><strong>تحلیل </strong><strong>عوامل </strong><strong>مؤثر </strong><strong>در </strong><strong>ایجاد </strong><strong>روحیه </strong><strong>کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشکده منابع طبیعی دانشگاه شهید چمران واحد بهبهان بوده است. ابزار </strong><strong>تحقیق </strong><strong>پرسشنامه </strong><strong>&shy; </strong><strong>ای و داده&shy;ها با استفاده از نرم&shy;افزار </strong><strong>SPSS </strong><strong>تجزیه و تحلیل شدند که به </strong><strong>&shy; </strong><strong>منظور شناسایی </strong><strong>عوامل مؤثر در ایجاد روحیه کارآفرینی دانشجویان از آمار توصیفی &shy;و برای آزمون فرضیه&shy;های تفاوتی از آزمون یومن وایت &shy;نی و آزمون </strong><strong>t </strong><strong>مستقل بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد از بین متغیرهای عامل روانشناختی تاثیرگذار بر روحیه کارآفرینی دانشجویان، متغیرهای اعتماد به نفس و خودباوری و آینده&shy;نگر بودن دارای بیشترین تأثیر، سخت&shy;کوشی و توانایی مدیریت خلاقانه دارای کمترین تأثیر می&shy;باشند. از میان متغیرهای، آموزشی &shy;و دانشگاهی تأثیرگذار، روش&shy;های تدریس خلاق و انطباق دروس با پیشرفت&shy;های علمی دارای بیشترین تأثیر و ارزشیابی مستمر و منظم از دانشجویان دارای کمترین تأثیر بوده&shy;اند و از میان متغیرهای عامل سازمانی حمایت از پایان&shy;نامه&shy;ها و پژوهش&shy;های مرتبط با کارآفرینی بیشترین تأثیر و توسعه گروه&shy;های کارآفرینی و بینش مشترک کمترین تأثیر را دارند. همچنین، این تحقیق نشان داد که بین جنسیت، داشتن مهارت، تجربه راه&shy;اندازی کار و تمایل به راه&shy;اندازی کار با عوامل مؤثر در ایجاد روحیه کارآفرینی رابطه مثبت و معنی&shy;داری وجود ندارد. </strong></p> <p>&nbsp; The purpose of this descriptive -survey research is to analyses the effective factors in the development of the entrepreneurship spirit among the natural resources students. Research has been done by questionnaire, data were analyzed by using spss software and in order to identify factors involved in the entrepreneurial spirit of student&#39;s descriptive statistics were used and the Mann-Whitney U Test and Independent T-test were used to test the difference hypothesis. the results have showed that among the psychological variables, variables related to psychological factors influencing the entrepreneurial spirit including self- confidence, self-esteem and prospective being variables, have the greatest impact and hard-working , capability of creative management have the least impact <strong>. </strong>Among the effective educational and collegiate variables, creative teaching methods, adaptation of courses with scientific and have the greatest impact and continuous and regular evaluation of students have the least impact and among the institutional factors, supporting the thesis and researches related to entrepreneurship variable have the most impact and developing entrepreneurship groups and a shared vision and variables have the least impact.
