   هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر قصد کارآفرینی دانشجویان در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان بود. روش تحقیق، توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری 390 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر کارشناسی در تمامی رشته ­های فعال دانشگاه بودند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و با روش نمونه­ گیری تصادفی طبقه ­ای با انتساب، 196 نفر از آنان به­ عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع ­آوری داده­ها پرسشنامه بود که روایی آن با کسب نظر متخصصان دانشگاه تأیید شد و پایایی آن برای بخش­های مختلف پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بین 0/607 تا 0/903 به ­دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها از نرم­افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد تفاوت معنی­ داری بین پاسخگویان از نظر قصد کارآفرینی بر حسب جنسیت، شرکت در دوره ­های آموزش کارآفرینی، تجربه­ کاری و دارابودن شغل آزاد وجود دارد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد رابطه مثبت و معنی­ داری بین درآمد خانواده و سواد مادر با قصد کارآفرینی وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد مؤثر­ترین متغیرها بر قصدکارآفرینی، به ­ترتیب متغیر خودکارآمدی با اثر مستقیم 0/516، متغیر نگرش با اثر مستقیم 0/319 و متغیر دانش کارآفرینی با اثر غیرمستقیم 0/209، است.
