Extended Abstract
Introduction and Objective: Nowdays, rural entrepreneurshipis proposed as a strategy for the economic and social development of villages in many developed and developing countries. According to the studies, self-employment is the fastest growing agricultural sector in the villages, so the purpose of this study is explaination of the affecting factors to improve rural women’s business entrepreneurship in rural areas of Malayer.
Material and methods: The statistical community of the study included 92 active rural women entrepreneurs; the sample size is indicated by the census (N=125). Data study collect using questionnaire tool (two parts). The first part was about the demographic characteristics of rural women and the second part was explaining the concept of rural women's entrepreneurship. It was prepared a list of the most important variables in rural women's entrepreneurship fields. The validity of the questionnaire was proved by women's entrepreneurship experts and faculty members of rural development at Bu-Ali Sina University. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.83.SPSS/22 and factor analysis used for data analysis.
Results: The result showed that there were seven factors that they important to rural women’s business entrepreneurial, Such as socio-cultural, family circumstances, educational-information, economic conditions, institutional-organizational, and financing factors.
Conclusion: The review of the past research showed that the global problems and inadequacies in the field of women's employment are double in Iran. In addition to the existence of global problems and inadequacies in the field of women's employment, these problems are double in Iran and this is even though, at least apparently, the historical, cultural, legal, and social texts in the research literature they do not have any obstacles in this relationship. These problems are such that the small percentage of women's employment in Iran has placed this country in the last rank even among developing countries. Examining the obstacles to women's employment and entrepreneurship from different perspectives brings to mind the hypothesis that, contrary to the majority of opinions, internal factors, especially the lack of creativity and self-confidence, are an important obstacle to women's optimal employment and entrepreneurship. Therefore, based on the results of the study, the following are suggested; Conducting training courses and improving risk management, facilitating loan conditions, offering products in the booth to participate in local exhibitions, cooperation with spouse and other family members, and communication skills training.
