fa تببین ساختار شناسایی و اولویت دهی مشاغل سبز در حوزه کشاورزی و مرتع: یک مطالعه گرندد تئوری تحقیق و توسعه و نوآوری تحقیق و توسعه و نوآوری پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><strong>شناسایی و توسعه مشاغل سبز در حوزه کشاورزی و مرتع می &shy;تواند اقتصاد روستایی و محیط زیست را احیا کند. مشاغل سبز به&shy; عنوان راهکار اصلی برای حل بحران&shy; های جهان در اقتصاد و محیط زیست کنونی و حرکت به&shy; سوی اقتصاد پایدارتر و جامعه &shy;ای که محیط زیست نسل&shy; های کنونی و آینده را حفظ می&shy; کند مورد توجه سیاست&shy; گزاران قرار گرفته است. در این راستا، این مطالعه درصدد است با رویکرد تفسیرگرایانه و با استفاده از رهیافت چندعلتی، به مطالعه شناسایی و درجه &shy;بندی مشاغل سبز در&nbsp; حوزه کشاورزی&nbsp; و مرتع بپردازد. روش مطالعه کیفی و در چارچوب نظریه‌پردازی داده‌بنیاد-گرندد تئوری است. با توجه به ماهیت میان‌رشته‌ای موضوع، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته، در سال 1395 با 50 خبره محیط زیست در سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست، شهرداری، اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاه&shy; ها، سازمان جنگل&shy; ها، مراتع و آبخیزداری، ادارات جهاد کشاورزی و سازمان&shy; های مردم &shy;نهاد در مباحث مربوط به چگونگی اثر ارزش بر کنش، صورت گرفته است. نمونه، به‌صورت هدفمند و همراه با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شده و مصاحبه‌ها تا حد اشباع نظری انجام شد. یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده از تحلیل داده‌ها در این سه مرحله نشان می‌دهد که هم‌افزایی</strong>&nbsp;<strong>ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط زیست می‌توانند منجر به شغل سبز شوند. شغل سبز، از عوامل زمینه‌ای و ساختاری تأثیر می&shy; پذیرد. </strong></span></div> Identifying and developing green jobs in the agricultural and rangeland areas can revitalize the rural economy and the environment<span dir="RTL">.</span> Green jobs are considered by policy makers as the main solution to the global crisis in the current economy and environment, and the move towards a more sustainable economy and a society that maintains the environment of current and future generations. The present article aims to identify the intermediate factors and dimensions of green jobs through an interpretative and multifactorial approach. The method of this article is a qualitative and quantitative in the framework of Grounded&nbsp;Theory. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the matter, a semi-structured interview, in 2017, with 50 experts on environmental experts at the department of environmental protection, municipality, faculty members of the universities, the natural resources and watersheds organization, the Agricultural Jihad and NGOs, the issue of values and actions has served as the main research tool. The samples were selected through purposive sampling and snowball method, and interviews were conducted to the point of theoretical saturation. Findings of data analysis in this three steps show that factors such as the synergy of the Economic, social and environmental dimensions can create green job.
