fa بررسی اثربخشی آموزش های شغلی کشاورزان (مورد مطالعه: آموزش تولید ورمی کمپوست در شهرستان پاسارگاد) آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">آموزش یکی از مهم &shy;ترین عوامل تعیین&shy; کننده توانایی افراد برای کسب و کار موفق و بهبود بهزیستی آنها است. ارزشیابی هم یکی از مهم&shy; ترین مراحل برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی است که انجام صحیح آن اطلاعات مفیدی را برای بهبود برنامه‌های آموزشی فراهم می‌کند. یکی از ابعاد مهم ارزشیابی، اثربخشی است که در آن میزان موفقیت برنامه با توجه به اهداف آن بررسی می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی یک دوره آموزشی تولید ورمی &shy;کمپوست با استفاده از روش تحقیق آزمایشی در مدیریت جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان پاسارگاد، استان فارس در سال 1392 طراحی و اجرا شد. طرح تحقیق مورد استفاده، طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون از یک گروه بود. ابزار جمع &shy;آوری اطلاعات پرسش&shy;نامه بود که روایی آن توسط چند تن از متخصصان مرکز آموزش جهاد کشاورزی فارس و اساتید ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه شیراز تأیید شد و دامنه ضرایب آلفا کرونباخ مقیاس‌های موجود در پرسش&shy;نامه (بین 72/0 تا 78/0) نشان&shy; دهنده پایایی قابل قبول ابزار سنجش بود. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد انگیزه اصلی افراد از شرکت در دوره افزایش معلومات و بهبود کمّیت و کیفیت محصولات کشاورزی بوده است. میزان رضایت افراد شرکت&shy; کننده در سه ب</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ُ</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">عد میزان رضایت از مدرس، رضایت از روش و محتوای آموزشی و رضایت از امکانات و مدت زمان آموزش بالاتر از متوسط بوده است. مقایسه میانگین نگرش و دانش نسبت به تولید ورمی‌کمپوست در قبل و بعد از برگزاری دوره نشان‌دهنده اختلاف معنی‌دار بین آنها بود و بعد از برگزاری دوره شرکت&shy; کنندگان دارای نگرش و دانش بالاتری بودند. بر اساس نتایج برای برگزاری کلاس&shy;ها نیازسنجی از افراد چندان انجام نمی&shy; شود لذا پیشنهاد می&shy; شود تمهیداتی فراهم شود تا به صورت دوره‌ای این نیازسنجی‌ها در مناطق مختلف در ارتباط با موضوع کلاس‌ها و زمان و مکان برگزاری کلاس&shy;ها انجام شود.</span></span></strong><br> <br> &nbsp; Education is one of the most important determinants of people&#39;s ability to succeed in their job as well as improve their well-being. Also, evaluation is one of the most important stages of educational planning, and the correct implementation of it provides useful information for improving educational programs. Effectiveness is one of the most important aspects of evaluation in which the success of the program is evaluated according to its goals. This research was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of a training course on Vermicompost production based on experimental research in Agricultural Jihad Department of Pasargad Township, Fars province in 2013. The research design was one-group pretest-posttest design. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by some experts from Fars Agricultural Education Complex and scientific board of agricultural extension and education in Shiraz University, also, the range of Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficients of the questionnaire scales (from 0.72 to 0.78) indicates the reliability of the measurement tool. Research results showed the main motivation of individuals to participate in the course were increasing information and improving the quantity and quality of agricultural products. The degree of satisfaction of the participants in three dimensions; satisfaction from the teacher, satisfaction with the method and content of the training, and the satisfaction of the facilities and the duration of the training was higher than the average. Comparing the mean of attitude and knowledge about the production of vermicompost before and after the course showed a significant difference between them and after the course participants had a higher attitude and knowledge. Based on the results, had not paid special attention to individuals&#39; need assessment.
