fa بررسی تأثیر پایداری رشد اقتصادی بر رابطه سهم اشتغال بخش کشاورزی و ترس از شکست کارآفرینان کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><strong>تقویت</strong> <strong>و</strong> <strong>توسعه</strong> <strong>بخش کشاورزی</strong> <strong>در</strong> <strong>تحکیم</strong> <strong>پایه &shy;های</strong> <strong>اقتصادی</strong> <strong>کشورهای</strong> <strong>در</strong> <strong>حال</strong> <strong>توسعه،</strong> <strong>دارای نقشی</strong> <strong>قابل</strong> <strong>توجه</strong> <strong>است؛ به همین دلیل، ثبات</strong> <strong>و</strong> <strong>استمرار رشد</strong> <strong>بخش</strong> <strong>کشاورزی</strong> <strong>از عوامل</strong> <strong>اصلی</strong> <strong>در</strong> <strong>ثبات</strong> <strong>اجتماعی</strong> <strong>و</strong> <strong>رشد</strong> <strong>اقتصادی</strong> <strong>به&shy; شمار</strong> <strong>می&shy; رود. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی وجود رابطه میان سهم اشتغال بخش کشاورزی با ترس از کارآفرینی در سه گروه رشد اقتصادی بالا، رشد پایدار اقتصادی و رشد بی &shy;ثبات اقتصادی می&shy; باشد. به همین جهت، از اطلاعات داده&shy; های پانل مربوط به متغیرهای نرخ ترس از شکست و سهم اشتغال بخش کشاورزی در طی سال‌های 2008 تا 2017 برای 15 کشور و روش حداقل مربعات ترکیبی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان می &shy;دهد بین سهم اشتغال بخش کشاورزی و ترس از شکست کارآفرینی رابطه معکوسی وجود دارد. همچنین، با بررسی رابطه مزبور برای هر سه&shy; گروه کشورها، تفاوت معنی &shy;داری میان آن&shy;ها مشاهده نشده است. برای درک بهتر از عوامل محیطی حاکم بر رابطه بین صنعتی شدن و کارآفرینی لازم است الگوسازی مجددی انجام گیرد. بر اساس نتایج حاصله پیشنهاد می&shy; شود در شرایط تغییرات سریع ساختاری و در کشورهای دارای سهم کشاورزی بالا نیاز به تضمین&shy; های بیشتر دولت هستند.</strong></span></div> Providing people&#39;s feed requirement, raw materials for industry, employment and creating incomes is important; strengthening and developing the agricultural sector has a significant role in consolidating the economic foundations of developing countries; for this reason, the stability and sustainability of agricultural sector growth. For this reason, the stability and sustainability of the agricultural sector are among the main drivers of social stability and economic growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the share of agricultural employment with the fear of entrepreneurship in the three categories of high economic growth, sustained economic growth, and unsustainable economic growth. Therefore, the panel data related to fears of failure rates and agricultural employment share in the years of 2008- 2017 for 15 countries and the Panel least squares method were used. The results show that there is an inverse relationship between the share of agricultural employment and the fear of entrepreneurial failure. Investigating the relationship between these three groups showed that there was no significant difference between them. To better understand the environmental factors governing the relationship between industrialization and entrepreneurship, re-sampling should be done.
