fa چالش‌های توسعه‌ی کارآفرینی زنان روستایی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان ایلام) کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span dir="RTL">تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های توسعه&shy; ی کارآفرینی زنان روستایی در شهرستان ایلام انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 51 نفر از زنان کارآفرین روستایی شهرستان ایلام بودند که به شیوه سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی محتوایی آن توسط نظر اساتید و متخصصان ترویج و توسعه روستایی صاحب‌نظر مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی ابزار تحقیق نیز به کمک ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تعیین گردید (78/0=<span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">&alpha;</span></span><span dir="RTL">). تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم &shy;افزار </span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS</span><span dir="RTL"> در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و تحلیل عاملی انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی با رویکرد اکتشافی منجر به شناسایی 4 عامل گردید که در قالب چالش‌های آموزشی-ترویجی، چالش‌های اقتصادی و قانونی، چالش‌های فردی و روحی و چالش‌های فرهنگی</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:sakkal majalla;">&ndash;</span> اجتماعی 08/59 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین نمودند. <span style="color:black;">چالش‌های آموزشی- ترویجی </span>به &shy;عنوان عامل اول با مقدار ویژه 631/2 بیشترین سهم (62/21 درصد) و چالش‌های فرهنگی- اجتماعی با مقدار ویژه 306/1 کمترین سهم (88/10 درصد) را در تبیین واریانس کل داشتند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;">The aim of this study was to identify the challenges of rural women entrepreneurship development in Ilam city. The statistical population of the study consisted of 51 rural women entrepreneurs in Ilam city who were studied by census method. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by the opinion of the faculty members and experts of rural extension and development. The reliability of the research instrument was determined using Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient (<span dir="RTL">&alpha;</span> = 0.78). Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and factor analysis with SSPS₂₀ software. The results of factor analysis with exploratory approach led to the identification of four factors that explained in the form of educational training challenges, economic and legal challenges, individual and mental challenges, and socio-cultural challenges of 59.08% of the total variance.
