fa بررسی اثرات عوامل زمینه ‌ای بر روحیه‌ ی کارآفرینی مورد مطالعه: تعاونی‌ های کشاورزی شهرستان نقده کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; توجه و تقویت روحیه &rlm;ی کارآفرینی </strong><strong>از </strong><strong>مباحث مهم کارآفرینی در بین افراد جامعه می&rlm;باشد که تحقق این مهم فراهم &shy;آوردن بستر مناسبی تحت&shy;عنوان عوامل زمینه&rlm; ای را می&rlm; طلبد. تحقیق حاضر به&shy; بررسی اثرات عوامل زمینه&rlm; ای بر روحیه &rlm;ی کارآفرینی در بین اعضای تعاونی&rlm; های کشاورزی شهرستان نقده می &rlm;پردازد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود و با فن پیمایش </strong><strong>مقطعی </strong><strong>انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق (1170</strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">N</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">=</span></span></strong><strong>) نفر از اعضای تعاونی&rlm; ها بودند که تعداد 290 نفر از آنان با استفاده از جدول کریجسی و مورگان و روش نمونه&rlm; گیری تصادفی طبقه &rlm;ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع &rlm;آوری داده&rlm; ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته&rlm; ای بود</strong> <strong>که</strong><strong> روایی آن توسط پانلی از متخصصان تأیید شد. همچنین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای بخش&rlm;های مختلف پرسشنامه بین 88/0 تا 92/0 محاسبه شد. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، تکنولوژی و سیاسی بر روحیه&rlm; ی کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معنی&rlm; داری دارد. به &shy;طوری که مقدار ضریب تعیین، </strong><strong>66/0 درصد از واریانس متغیر وابسته را تبیین می&rlm;کند. براساس نتایج، پیشنهاد می &rlm;شود که تعاونی &rlm;های کشاورزی به دلیل پتانسیلی که در زمینه &rlm;ی کارآفرینی و به طبع آن پرورش روحیه کارآفرینی دارند، مورد توجه سیاستگزاران قرار بگیرند.</strong></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;&nbsp; Strengthening and paying attention to entrepreneurial spirit among the members of society are of important topics in entrepreneurship. Meeting the goals in this field requires some contextual factors that are considered as the prerequisites of ground setting for entrepreneurship. Present study aims to investigate the effects of contextual factors on the entrepreneurial spirit among members of agricultural cooperatives in Naghadeh Township. Present study is an applied research which was carried out through cross-sectional survey. Statistical population of this research was members of cooperatives (N=1170). Krejice and Morgan Table was used to determine the sample size (n=290). A stratified random sampling method was implemented to select samples. The data collection instrument was a structured questionnaire that its validity confirmed by a panel of experts. Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient was calculated to test the reliability of different parts of questionnaire (0.88&le;&alpha;&le;0.92). The results of structural equation modeling showed that economic, social, technological, and political factors have positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial spirit. So that the value of the determination coefficient (R²) could account for 0.66% of the variance of the dependent variable.
