fa شناسایی و اولویت بندی موانع توسعه ی کارآفرینی در صنعت گاوداری شیری استان خراسان جنوبی اقتصاد کشاورزی اقتصاد کشاورزی كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><strong>&nbsp; شواهد و نتایج تحقیقات پیشین نشان می &shy;دهد که موانع زیادی در موفقیت کارفرینان در صنعت گاوداری شیری تأثیر داشته&shy; اند. هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی موانع توسعه &shy;ی کارآفرینی در گاوداری &shy;های شیری استان خراسان جنوبیمی &shy;باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در روش دلفی، خبرگان آگاه به این موضوع بو</strong><strong>ده &shy;اند که از میان آنها تعداد 15 خبره با روش نمونه &shy;برداری گلوله برفی انتخاب شده است و عوامل تعیین‌شده، </strong><strong>با روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل سلسله مراتبی </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">(</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">AHP</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR">)</span></strong><strong> اولویت&shy; بندی گردید. نتایج نشان داد</strong> <strong>که در میان موانع کارآفرینی در حوزه گاوداری شیری به&shy; ترتیب بیشترین اولویت مربوط به موانع بازار با میزان اهمیت 333/0، موانع قانونی با میزان اهمیت 196/0 اولویت دوم و موانع روان‌شناختی با میزان اهمیت 150/0 اولویت سوم را دارد و </strong><strong>&laquo;موانع مالی&raquo;، &laquo;موانع ناشی از مداخلات نامناسب دولت&raquo;، &laquo;موانع ترویجی-آموزشی&raquo; و &laquo;موانع مدیریتی- اطلاعاتی&raquo; دیگر موانع توسعه &shy;ی کارآفرینی در صنعت گاوداری شیری استان خراسان جنوبی به &shy;شمار می&shy;روند. به &shy;طور کلی، نتایج بیانگر اهمیت و لزوم توجه سیاستگذاران به رفع موانع کارآفرینی در راستای توسعه &shy;ی کارآفرینی در صنعت گاوداری شیری در استان خراسان جنوبی می&shy; باشد.</strong></span><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Evidence and previous research results indicate that many barriers have affected the success of entrepreneurs in dairy industry. The main objective of this paper is to identify and prioritize the barriers to entrepreneurship development in dairy farming in southern Khorasan province. The statistical population of this study, in the Delphi method, was knowledgeable experts, among whom 15 experts were selected by snowball sampling method and the determined<br> factors were prioritized by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that among the barriers to entrepreneurship in the dairy farming sector, the highest priority was given to market barriers with an importance of 0.333, legal barriers with a significance of 0.196, second priority and psychological barriers with an importance of 0.150 priority third. And &quot;financial barriers&quot;, &quot;barriers caused by inappropriate government interventions&quot;, &quot;educational and<br> educational barriers&quot;, and &quot;management-information barriers&quot; are other barriers to<br> entrepreneurship development in the dairy industry of southern Khorasan province.
