fa عوامل مؤثر بر بهره برداری از فرصت های کارآفرینانه در بخش کشاورزی ایران Factors Affecting Entrepreneurial Opportunity Exploitation in Iran Agriculture Sector کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: فرصت به‌عنوان یک عنصر حیاتی برای درک کارآفرینی در بخش کشاورزی بیان شده است. تشخیص و بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه از مهم‌ترین فرآیندهای تجارت کشاورزی محسوب می‌شوند. با این‌وجود، عوامل مؤثر بر تشخیص فرصت بیشتر از عوامل اثرگذار بر بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌ها مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بررسی این مفاهیم در بخش کشاورزی کشورهای درحال‌ توسعه، نیز یکی از موضوعاتی است که در پژوهش‌های کارآفرینی نادیده گرفته شده است. هدف این پژوهش پیمایشی، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تعداد فرصت‌های بهره‌برداریشده توسط کارآفرینان کشاورزی ایران بود. این عوامل با یک چشم‌انداز بخشی (با در نظرگرفتن بخش کشاورزی) مورد ملاحظه قرار گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: نمونه آماری این مطالعه را 256 نفر از کارآفرینان کشاورزی تشکیل دادند (721 =N). داده‌ها به‌وسیله پرسشنامه‌ جمع‌آوری شد که روایی صوری آن توسط اساتید دانشگاه شیراز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ اندازه‌گیری شد (0/92≥ α ≥ 0/78). تحلیل داده‌ها به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار R انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته ها بیانگر اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار متغیرهای شبکه‌های اجتماعی (0/092 =B)، درک محیط کشاورزی (0/099 =B) و همچنین تجربه در زمینه‌ی کشاورزی (0/022 =B) بر تعداد فرصت‌های بهره‌برداریشده بود. تحصیلات (0/022- =B) دارای اثر منفی و معنی‌دار بر متغیر وابسته بود. بر اساس یافته ها، مردان در بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه موفق‌تر از زنان و کارآفرینان ساکن روستا نیز در بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه موفق‌تر از کارآفرینان شهری بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه، بهبود درک محیط کشاورزی، کسب تجربه، پیوستن به شبکه های گسترده در زنجیره کشاورزی، برای کارآفرینان کشاورزی پیشنهاد شد. همچنین، توسعه دانشگاه های کارآفرینانه و بهبود تصویر کشاورزی پیشنهادهایی بودند که برای دولت و سایر ذینفعان در حوزه کارآفرینی کشاورزی ارائه شد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Opportunity is often mentioned as vital element for understanding entrepreneurship in agriculture sector. Recognition and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities are among the most important steps in the agricultural entrepreneurial process. However, the factors affecting opportunity recognition have received more attention than that affecting opportunity exploitation. Investigation of these concepts in agriculture sector of developing countries is also one of the understudied topics in entrepreneurship research. The aim of this survey research was to investigate factors influencing the number of opportunities exploited by Iranian agricultural entrepreneurs. These factors were considered according to a sector-specific perspective (considering agriculture sector). Material and Methods: The sample of this study was made up of 256 agricultural entrepreneurs (N=721). Data were gathered using questionnaire which its face validity was confirmed by Shiraz University professors and its reliability was measured through Cronbach’s alpha (0.78≤ α ≤0.92). Data were analyzed using R software. The results indicated positive and significant effects of social networks (B=0.092), perception about agriculture environment (B= 0.099), and experience in agriculture sector (B=0.022) on the number of opportunities exploited by agricultural entrepreneurs. Education (B=-0.022) had a negative and significant effect on the dependent variable. Results: According to the findings, men were more successful than women in opportunity exploitation and entrepreneurs who live in rural areas were more likely to exploit opportunities than urban entrepreneurs. Conclusion: Based on the findings, promoting perception about agriculture environment, gaining experience, and joining social networks were suggested for agricultural entrepreneurs.
