fa طراحی مدل اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فناورانه در صنایع تبدیلی استان گلستان Design a Model of Technological Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Conversion Industries of Golestan Province عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: استان گلستان به لحاظ جغرافیای کارآفرینی، از مزیتها و ظرفیتهای قابل ملاحظه ای برای تولید محصولات کشاورزی برخوردار است که فرصتهای متعددی برای کارآفرینی در صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی ایجاد کرده است. توسعه صنایع تبدیلی، نیازمند توجه به اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فناورانه است و هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی مدل اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فناورانه در صنایع تبدیلی استان گلستان است. مواد و روش‌ها: این تحقیق با استفاده از روش آمیخته اکتشافی طی دو گام کیفی و کمّی انجام شد. در گام کیفی تحقیق از مطالعات کتابخانه ای، جستجوهای اینترنتی و مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزۀ کارآفرینی فناورانه و افرادی که تجربه کارآفرینی در این حوزه را داشتند، شاخصهای مدل اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فناورانه در صنایع تبدیلی مشتمل بر 66 شاخص شناسایی شد. این بخش با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. سپس با استفاده از از روش دلفی فازی در سه راند، شاخص‌ها توسط خبرگان حوزه کارآفرینی فناورانه در صنایع تبدیلی استان گلستان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و در نهایت، 48 شاخص برای مدل تعیین شد. طراحی مدل با استفاده از روش مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری در نرم افزار میک مک انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: محاسبات مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری نشان میدهد متغیر عملکرد کارآفرینی فناورانه در صنایع تبدیلی در سطح اول، بازار و تقاضای فناوری سطح دوم، فرصتهای کارآفرینانه در صنایع تبدیلی در سطح سوم، شبکه‌سازی فناوری و توسعه سرمایه های انسانی در سطح چهارم، تحقیق و توسعه و شایستگی‌های کارآفرینانه در سطح پنجم، فرهنگ کارآفرینی در سطح ششم، حمایت‌های مالی و قانونی و زیرساخت‌های کارآفرینی در سطح هفتم و در نهایت نظام سیاست‌گذاری در سطح هشتم قرار دارد که زیربنایی‌ترین عنصر مدل است و بیشترین تأثیر را در ظرفیت سازی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فناورانه در صنایع تبدیلی دارد. همچنین با تحلیل نمودار قدرت نفوذ-وابستگی؛ متغیرهای مستقل (نظام سیاست‌گذاری، زیرساخت‌های کارآفرینی، فرهنگ کارآفرینی و حمایت‌های مالی و قانونی)، وابسته (عملکرد کارآفرینی فناورانه، بازار و تقاضای فناوری و فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه) و میانجی (شبکه‌سازی فناوری، توسعه سرمایه‌های انسانی، تحقیق وتوسعه و شایستگی های کارآفرینانه) شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که هر اکوسیستم کارآفرینی از ابعاد، ویژگیها و مختصات منحصر به فردی برخوردار است، لذا برای برنامه ریزی جهت بهبود وضعیت صنایع تبدیلی استان گلستان، نیاز به دانستن شاخصهای اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فناورانه در این صنعت است که در این تحقیق به آنها دست یازیده شده است. همچنین در انتهای تحقیق؛ پیشنهادهای کاربردی جهت ارتقاء وضعیت اکوسیستم کارآفرینی فناورانه در صنایع تبدیلی استان گلستان ارائه شده که از جمله مهمترین آنها میتوان به ارائه حمایتهای مالی و قانونی از کارآفرینان فناور در صنایع تبدیلی، بهبود وضعیت زیرساختهای مورد نیاز، ارتقاء فرهنگ کارآفرینانه با استفاده از الگوسازی از کارآفرینان موفق، تقویت هنجارهای اجتماعی حامی کارآفرینی و استفاده از رسانه ها برای توسعه و ترویج این حوزه اشاره کرد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Golestan province, in terms of entrepreneurial geography, has significant advantages and capacities for the production of agricultural products, which has created numerous opportunities for entrepreneurship in the agricultural conversion industry. The development of conversion industries requires attention to technological entrepreneurship ecosystem and the purpose of this study is to design a model of technological entrepreneurship ecosystem in conversion industries of Golestan province. Material and Methods: This research was carried out using a heuristic mixed method in two qualitative and quantitative steps. In a qualitative step of research from library studies, internet searches and interviews with 15 experts in the field of technological entrepreneurship and people who had entrepreneurial experience in this field, the indicators of the technological entrepreneurship ecosystem model in conversion industries including 66 indicators were identified. This section was performed using content analysis method. Then, using fuzzy Delphi method in three rounds, the indicators were evaluated by research experts and finally, 48 indicators were determined for the model. Then, structural-interpretive modeling method in Micmac software was used to design the model. Results: Structural-interpretive modeling calculations show the variable of technological entrepreneurship performance in conversion industries in the first level, market and technology demand in the second level, entrepreneurial opportunities in conversion industries in the third level, technology networking and human capital development At the fourth level, research and development and entrepreneurial competencies are at the fifth level, entrepreneurial culture at the sixth level, financial and legal support and entrepreneurial infrastructure at the seventh level, and finally the policy-making system at the eighth level, which is the most fundamental element of the model to capacity building of technological entrepreneurship ecosystem in transformation industries. Also by analyzing the influence-dependence power diagram; Independent variables (policy system, entrepreneurial infrastructure, entrepreneurial culture and financial and legal support), dependent (technological entrepreneurial performance, technology market and demand and entrepreneurial opportunities) and mediating (technology networking, human capital development, research and development and entrepreneurial competencies were identified. Conclusion: Since every entrepreneurial ecosystem has unique dimensions, features and coordinates, so to plan to improve the situation of conversion industries in Golestan province, we need to know the characteristics of technological entrepreneurial ecosystem in this industry. We obtained them in this research.
