fa تعیین‌کننده‌های توسعه فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی زنان روستایی استان فارس Determinants of the Development of Rural Women's Entrepreneurial Activities in Fars Province کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: کارآفرینی، موتور محرک اصلی در توسعه‌ اقتصادی است و نقش کارآفرین، نوآوری و ایجاد ترکیب‌های تازه‌ای از مواد و یا نحوه شکل‌گیری فرآیندها است. توسعۀ کارآفرینی زنان، یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات دستور کار توسعۀ معاصر در بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه بوده است و بسیاری از صاحب‌نظران توسعۀ روستایی بر این باورند که شناخت توانمندی‌ها و مهارت‌های زنان، به‌‌ویژه زنان روستایی و هدایت استعدادهای خلاق آنان در بهره‌برداری از ظرفیت‌های این قشر بزرگ اجتماعی مؤثر است. کارآفرینی، فرآیندی است که در شبکه‌‌ای از روابط اجتماعی صورت می‌پذیرد و این روابط اجتماعی می&lrm;تواند رابطه‌ کارآفرین را با منابع و فرصت‌ها، محدود یا تسهیل کند و همچنین سرمایه‌ اجتماعی به‌عنوان یک پدیده‌ اجتماعی باعث بروز خلاقیت، ایده‌پروری، تسهیل رفتارهای نوآورانه و ریسک‌پذیری می‌شود. کارآفرینان با برخورداری از سرمایۀ‌ اجتماعی به منابعی دسترسی خواهند داشت که خود به‌تنهایی قادر به دستیابی به آن‌ها نیستند. افزایش توانایی افراد کارآفرین برای شروع و ادامۀ فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه، توجه به نقش شبکه‌های اجتماعی و تعامل میان آن‌ها و همچنین در نظر گرفتن سرمایۀ اجتماعی به‌عنوان عامل ارتباط دهنده میان شبکه‌های کسب‌وکار با شناسایی فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه و تأمین منابع و امکانات لازم در این زمینه، ضروری است. در واقع سرمایۀ اجتماعی یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار در نهادینه کردن و اعتلای کارآفرینی است؛ بنابراین، هدف از این مقاله شناخت و تحلیل سازه‌های فردی و ساختاری تأثیرگذار (به‌ویژه سرمایۀ اجتماعی) بر توسعه فعالیت کارآفرینی زنان روستایی استان فارس به‌منظور ارتقای وضعیت شغلی آن‌ها است. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از فن پیمایش و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌بندی انجام و از پرسشنامه برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. نمونه‌ای متشکل از 380 نفر از زنان روستایی عضو شرکت‌های صندوق حمایت از توسعه بخش کشاورزی زنان در استان فارس بوده که در قالب سه شرکت در شهرستان‌های مرودشت، شیراز و استهبان فعالیت می‌کنند، انتخاب شدند. مطالعه‌ راهنما در بین 30 نفر از زنان عضو صندوق در شهرستان کوار که شرایط مشابهی داشتند، انجام شد روایی پرسش‌نامه این پژوهش توسط اساتید بخش ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه شیراز تأیید گردید و پایایی آن نیز از طریق انجام مطالعه راهنما و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (0/77 تا 0/95) موردتأیید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS  مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین توسعۀ فعالیت کارآفرینی اعضاء در سه شهرستان شیراز، مرودشت و استهبان اختلاف معنی‌&lrm;داری وجود دارد و زنان مرودشت از میانگین توسعۀ کارآفرینی بیشتری برخوردار هستند. در واقع، با توجه به بالاتر بودن مؤلفه‌های فعالیت کارآفرینی (از جمله نوآوری، حفظ محیط زیست، رضایت مشتریان، رضایت اعضای صندوق، انعطاف‌پذیری، رفاه منطقه، اشتغال‌زایی، سودآوری، پایداری کسب‌وکار، رقابت‌طلبی و بهره‌گیری از فرصت‌ها و تجاری‌سازی ایده) در بین زنان کارآفرین مرودشت، این امر منجر به توسعۀ بهتر فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه آنان شده است. در رتبه دوم، زنان کارآفرین شهرستان شیراز از میانگین امتیاز بیشتری نسبت به شهرستان استهبان در مورد متغیر توسعه فعالیت کارآفرینی برخوردار بودند. از سوی دیگر، نتایج نشان داد که میانگین انسجام اجتماعی زنان در شهرستان مرودشت با دو شهرستان شیراز و استهبان تفاوت معنی‌داری دارد و این میزان در شهرستان مرودشت بیشتر از دو شهرستان دیگر بود. همچنین، بین زنان مورد مطالعه در دو شهرستان شیراز و استهبان نیز اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت، به‌گونه‌ای‌که زنان شهرستان استهبان از نظر انسجام اجتماعی از میانگین بالاتری نسبت به کارآفرینان شیرازی برخوردار بودند. نتیجه آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد، سرمایۀ اجتماعی، میزان توفیق‌طلبی، توانایی تصمیم‌گیری، میزان استقلال‌طلبی، سیاست‌های مشاوره‌ای، فضای کسب‌وکار، مهارت در تدوین طرح تجاری و سیاست‌های حمایتی به ترتیب متغیرهایی بودند که بیشترین سهم (56 درصد) را در میزان تغییرات در توسعۀ فعالیت کارآفرینی را تبیین نمودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به مجموعه عوامل تأثیرگذار بر توسعۀ فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی زنان روستایی، به‌ویژه نقش سرمایه اجتماعی، شبکه روابط و فعالیت در انواع شبکه‌های اجتماعی، لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود که هم‌فکری و هم‌افزایی فعالیت‌های زنان کارآفرین از طریق برگزاری نشست‌های ادواری و مستمر با سایر شرکت‌های استان، تقویت گردد. همچنین، دوره‌های آموزشی منسجم و هدفمند برای زنان روستایی عضو صندوق‌ها به‌منظور چگونگی تقویت فعالیت در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و کسب انواع مهارت‌های کارآفرینی برگزار گردد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Background: Entrepreneurship is the main driving force in economic development. The role of an entrepreneur is to innovate and create new combinations of materials or how to form processes. The development of women's entrepreneurship has been one of the main topics of the contemporary development agenda in many developing countries. Many rural development experts believe that recognizing the capabilities and skills of women, especially rural women, and guiding their creative talents can influence using the capacities of this large social stratum. Entrepreneurship is a process that takes place in a network of social relations, and these social relations can limit or facilitate the entrepreneur's relationship with resources and opportunities. Therefore, social capital as a social phenomenon causes creativity, ideation, facilitation of innovative behaviors, and risk-taking. Entrepreneurs need a strong consulting and support system at every stage of their entrepreneurial activities. These networks play an effective role, especially in the first stages of activity, to obtain information and advice. Based on this point of view, the presence or absence of support networks is very influential in the development of women's entrepreneurship. Thus, this study mainly aimed to identify and analyze the individual and structural factors (especially social capital) influencing the entrepreneurial activity of rural women in Fars province to improve their status. Methods: This study was carried out using a survey technique, and a questionnaire was used for data collection. Based on the random sampling method, a random sample of 380 women was selected from the members of agricultural development specialized holding companies of Marvdasht, Shiraz, and Estahban in Fars province. A pilot study was conducted among 30 women members of the fund with similar conditions in Kavar County, and alpha coefficients were obtained between 0.77 and 0.95. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Results: A significant difference was found between the development of entrepreneurial activity of the members in the three Shiraz, Marvdasht, and Estahban cities, with a higher average level of entrepreneurial development among the women of Marvdasht. The higher components of entrepreneurial activity (innovation, environmental protection, customer satisfaction, fund members' satisfaction, flexibility, regional prosperity, job creation, profitability, business sustainability, competitiveness, and taking advantage of opportunities and idea commercialization) among women entrepreneurs of Marvdasht led to better development of their entrepreneurial activities. In the second place, women entrepreneurs of Shiraz City had a higher average score than Estahban City regarding the entrepreneurial activity development variable. On the other hand, the average social cohesion of women in Morvdasht city was significantly different from Shiraz and Estahban cities, and this rate was higher in Marvdasht City than in the other two cities. Also, there was a significant difference between the women studied in Shiraz and Estahban cities, with the latter women having a higher average than the former in social cohesion. The result of the regression test showed that social capital, success-seeking ability, decision-making ability, independence-seeking level, consulting policies, business atmosphere, skill in formulating a business plan, and support policies were the variables that explained the utmost amount (56%) of entrepreneurial activity changes. Conclusion: Considering the set of factors influencing the development of rural women's entrepreneurial activities, especially the role of social capital, the network of relationships, and activities in various social networks, it is suggested to improve the like-mindedness and synergy of the women entrepreneurs' activities through periodic and continuous meetings with other companies.
