fa مؤلفه‌های توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان کرمان) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="direction: rtl;">&nbsp; <strong>یکی از عوامل مؤثر در توسعه روستایی، کارآفرینی است. </strong><strong>کارآفرینی فرآیند ارتقاء فن&shy;آوری با ایجاد یک کسب و کار یا سازمان جدید است توسعه کارآفرینی در روستاهای شهرستان کرمان به کندی صورت می&shy;گیرد. از این جهت، این پژوهش به بررسی </strong><strong>مؤلفه‌های توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی در روستاهای شهرستان کرمان می&shy;پردازد. روش تحقیق کتابخانه&shy;ای و میدانی بوده و پس از تعیین شاخص&shy;ها و متغیرهای تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه، داده&shy;های آماری لازم جمع&shy;آوری شدند. </strong><strong>اعتبار صوری پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان و اعتبار عاملی مؤلفه‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی و ضریب </strong><strong>KMO </strong><strong>محاسبه که مقدار آن 67/0 به دست آمد. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (88/0) محاسبه گردید. جامعه آماری تحقیق، 150 نفر از کارآفرینان روستایی شهرستان کرمان بودند که با استفاده از روش سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که کارآفرینان عموماً جوان بودند و میزان متغیر کارآفرینی در بین افراد در حد متوسط به بالا بوده و بیشتر آنها فاقد تحصیلات دانشگاهی می‌باشند و از نظر متغیر کارآفرینی بالاتر از حد متوسط بوده است و به لحاظ مؤلفه‌های کارآفرینی به ترتیب بهترین وضعیت مربوط به مؤلفه‌های روانشناختی، مهارتی، فردی و زیرساختی می‌باشد. </strong></p> <p>&nbsp; Entrepreneurship is one of the effective factors in rural development. Entrepreneurial is the process of upgrading the technology by creating a new business or organization The process of rural entrepreneurship in villages of Kerman Township takes place slowly. Therefore, this study investigates rural entrepreneurship development components. Research method is library and field work. After defining the indexes and variables of the research through a questionnaire, the necessary statistical data are gathered. Face validity of the questionnaire is obtained using the supervisor professors&rsquo; opinions and structural validity is obtained using factor analysis and KMO coefficient, whose amount was 0.67. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach Alpha Coefficient whose amount was 0.88. The sample population was estimated 150 entrepreneurship people. Results of research showed that entrepreneurs are generally young. The results of the study showed that the entrepreneurship among the entrepreneur was the average level and also education level in entrepreneur was lower than the level of higher education.
