fa تأثیر ویژگی های جامعه شناختی بر توسعه کارآفرینی مدیران تعاونی های تولید استان قزوین عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p>&nbsp;<strong> هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی ویژگی&shy;های جامعه&shy;شناختی و تأثیر آن بر توسعه کارآفرینی مدیران </strong><br> <strong>تعاونی&shy;های تولید کشاورزی استان قزوین بود. </strong><strong>روش </strong><strong>تحقیق، </strong><strong>توصیفی- همبستگی </strong><strong>و </strong><strong>تحلیلی </strong><strong>از </strong><strong>نوع </strong><strong>علّی، ارتباطی </strong><strong>می </strong><strong>‌ </strong><strong>باشد. </strong><strong>جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه مدیران عامل تعاونی&shy;های تولید و کشاورزی استان قزوین می&shy;باشد، که با توجه به محدود بودن تعداد تعاونی&shy;ها از روش سرشماری استفاده شده است (86 </strong><strong>N= </strong><strong>) </strong><strong>. به&shy;منظور بررسی </strong><strong>روایی </strong><strong>ابزار </strong><strong>تحقیق، </strong><strong>از روش پانل متخصصان بهره </strong><strong>گرفته </strong><strong>شد. پایایی پرسش&shy;نامه از طریق ضریب کرونباخ آلفا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که برای بخش&shy;های مختلف پرسشنامه بالای 85/0 برآورد گردید. </strong><strong>جهت بررسی ارتباط میان متغیرها از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده شد و برای متغیرهای اسمی دوسطحی و چند سطحی به ترتیب از آزمون من‌ویت‌نی و کراس‌کال‌والیس استفاده شد. همچنین، جهت بررسی تأثیر تعاملی عمده متغیرهای مستقل بر متغیر وابسته از رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه گام به گام استفاده شد و جهت مشخص شدن اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم متغیرهای مستقل بر متغیر وابسته از تحلیل مسیر بهر گرفته شد. </strong><strong>نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که سه متغیر ویژگی&shy;های جمعیت&shy;شناختی، ویژگی&shy;های موفقیت کارآفرینان، توجه و تأکید بر اهمیت سرمایه&shy;گذاری در تعاونی&shy;ها به&shy;عنوان یک بخش مهم از اقتصاد </strong><strong>توانستد که 2/40 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین کنند. </strong><strong>نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که متغیر ویژگی&shy;های مهارتی کارآفرینان جهت موفقیت به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بیشترین تأثیر را روی متغیر وابسته دارد. </strong></p> <p>&nbsp; The aim of this study was to investigate the sociological characteristics and their impact on the development of entrepreneurship in agricultural production cooperatives in Qazvin Province. The research method was descriptive - correlation and analytic in kind of causal-relational. The research&rsquo;s population included all managers of agricultural production cooperatives of Qazvin Province that given the limited number of cooperatives, the census method was used (N =86). To evaluate the validity of research&rsquo; tool, the method of panel of experts was used. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient that it was estimated higher than 0.85 for different parts of the questionnaire. The Spearman correlation coefficient was used to study the relationship between variables and Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used for bi-level and multilevel nominal variables, respectively. Also, the stepwise multiple regression method was used to study the major interactive effects of independent variables on the dependent variable and to identify the direct and indirect effects of independent variables on the dependent variable, the path analysis was used as well. The results showed that three variables of demographic characteristics, characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, paying attention and emphasize on the importance of investment in cooperatives as an important part of the economy, could explain 40.2 percent of the variability of the dependent variable.
