fa عوامل مؤثر بر انگیزه کارآفرینی کشاورزی (مطالعه موردی: استان گیلان) کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">هدف از این مطالعه تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر انگیزه کارآفرینی کشاورزی با استفاده از الگوی تحلیل تمایزی در سال 1392 است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را کارآفرینان کشاورزی استان گیلان تشکیل می&shy;دهند و با استفاده </span><span dir="RTL">از روش&nbsp; نمونه&shy;گیری</span> <span dir="RTL">تصادفی ساده</span><span dir="RTL"> حجم نمونه 96 تعیین شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه می&shy;باشد که روایی آن بر&shy;اساس نظر جمعی از متخصصان تأیید و پایایی آن با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ 82/0 محاسبه گردید. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که افزایش تحصیلات فرد کارآفرین، تعداد اعضای خانواده مشارکت&shy;کننده در فعالیت کارآفرینی، تعداد ساعات کاری اختصاص داده شده به فعالیت کارآفرینی و درآمد حاصل از کارآفرینی، انگیزه کارآفرینی کشاورزی را افزایش می&shy;دهد. همچنین اثر متغیرهای جنسیت (افزایش مردان در مقابل زنان) و شغل فرد کارآفرین و نوع فعالیت کارآفرینی روی افزایش انگیزه کارآفرینی مثبت است، در حالی که اثر سن و وضعیت تأهل فرد کارآفرین منفی است. نتایج ماتریس ساختار نیز نشان داد که متغیرهای درآمد حاصل از فعالیت کارآفرینی و ساعات کاری اختصاص داده شده به فعالیت کارآفرینی </span><strong><span dir="RTL">بیشترین اهمیت را در تمایز میان دو گروه دارند.</span></strong></strong></p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study is to determine factors that affect the agricultural entrepreneurial motivation, using by discriminant analysis in 2013. The statistical population of research include agricultural entrepreneurs in Guilan and the sample size determined 96, using by simple random sampling method. Questionnaire is research tools that its validity confirmed according the opinion of experts collective and its reliability was calculated 0.82 with Cronbach&#39;s alpha formula.The results of this study showed that the motivation of agricultural entrepreneurship increses with increasing the entrepreneur&#39;s education, family members participating in entrepreneurial activity, hours devoted to the entrepreneurial activity and also rising household cost and income from entrepreneurship. Also, the effect of variables of sex (Increasing the number of men versus women), entrepreneur&#39;s job and type of entrepreneurial activity on rise of entrepreneurial motivation is possitive, while this relation is negative about the effect of variables of age and marital status of entrepreneur.
