fa بررسی اثر ارزش افزوده و سرمایه‌گذاری بر اشتغال بخش کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;در بسیاری از کشورهای توسعه&shy;یافته و در حال توسعه، بخش کشاورزی نقش مهمی در تولید غذا، ایجاد اشتغال و مبادلات تجاری دارد. همچنین، مبحث اشتغال و پیچیدگی&shy;های آن در جامعه امروز ایران توجه بسیاری از دولتمردان، کارشناسان را به خود جلب کرده است. از آنجا که سرمایه&shy;گذاری و ارزش افزوده بخش کشاورزی از جمله مهم&shy;ترین عوامل مؤثر بر اشتغال می&shy;باشد لذا در این تحقیق، طی دوره زمانی 1365-1391 به بررسی اثرات بلندمدت و کوتاه&shy;مدت این دو عامل بر اشتغال بخش کشاورزی پرداخته شده است. برای برآورد مدل جهت دستابی به هدف مطالعه، از روش اقتصادسنجی و الگوی خودرگرسیونی با وقفه توزیعی (</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">ARDL</span></strong><strong>) استفاده شده است. نتایج برآوردها نشان داد که </strong><strong>در بلندمدت ارتباط بین ارزش افزوده با اشتغال بخش کشاورزی منفی بوده ولی با سرمایه&shy;گذاری رابطه مستقیم بدست آمده است. در کوتاه&shy;مدت تنها عامل سرمایه&shy;گذاری معنی&shy;دار شده و اثر مستقیمی بر اشتغال داشته است. به طوری که در بلندمدت، یک میلیارد ریال افزایش در ارزش افزوده باعث کاهش اشتغال به میزان 56 نفر و یک میلیارد ریال افزایش در سرمایه&shy;گذاری باعث افزایش اشتغال به میزان 88 نفر می&shy;شود</strong><strong>. ارتباط منفی ارزش افزوده با اشتغال حاکی از آن است که در فرآیند توسعه کشاورزی از میزان اشتغال کاسته می&shy;شود. </strong><strong>همچنین، از آنجا که سرمایه&shy;گذاری در بخش کشاورزی هم در بلندمدت و هم در کوتاه&shy;مدت اثر مثبت و معنی&shy;داری بر اشتغال این بخش دارد، </strong><strong>پیشنهاد می&shy;شود با سرمایه&shy;گذاری در زیرساخت&shy;های</strong><strong>کشاورزی امکان ایجاد فرصت&shy;های شغلی در این بخش فراهم گردد.</strong></p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;In many developed and developing countries, the agricultural sector plays an important role in food production, employment and trade. Employment issues and complexities of today&#39;s society as well as the attention of many politicians, has attracted experts. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting agricultural employment Because the investment and value added agriculture is one of the most important factors affecting employment, Therefore, in this study, during the period 1365-1391 to examine the effects of long-run and short-run investments and the value-added agriculture of Iran employment is discussed. Model estimation is method econometric using of Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). The results showed that the added value of agricultural employment in the long term relationship between negative and positive relationship with the investment is obtained and short-run investment is significant and direct impact on employment. So that in the long run, a billion dollars increase in Value Added reduce employment to 56 people and a billion dollars increase in investment is rise employment to 88 people.
