fa نقش تسهیلات پرداختی بانک کشاورزی به بنگاه‌های زود بازده (SME) در ایجاد اشتغال و تولید بخش کشاورزی از دیدگاه مشتریان بانک کارآفرینی در کشاورزی کارآفرینی در کشاورزی پژوهشي Research <h1 dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش تسهیلات پرداختی بانک کشاورزی به بنگاه&shy;های زود بازده (<span dir="LTR">SME</span>) در ایجاد تولید و اشتغال در بخش کشاورزی در شهرستان&shy;های ابهر و خرمدره می&shy;باشد. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی می&shy;باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دریافت&shy;کنندگان تسهیلات سرمایه&shy;ای در طی سال های 1391-1384 با مبالغ بیش از 50 میلیون ریال از بانک کشاورزی بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه&shy;گیری طبقه&shy;ای با انتساب متناسب &nbsp;135 نفر انتخاب شدند. جهت تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد. از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق&shy;ساخت جهت گردآوری داده&shy;ها استفاده گردید که روایی ظاهری و محتوایی بر اساس نظرات متخصصین مربوطه تأیید شد و پایایی با استفاده از فرمول کرونباخ محاسبه و (<span dir="LTR">&alpha=0.75-0.80</span>) به تأیید رسید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد پاسخگویان به میزان زیادی اذعان داشتند که تسهیلات استفاده شده منجر به توسعه کشاورزی و نیز سبب افزایش تولید و کسب درآمد بیشتر&nbsp; بنگاه شده است. آزمون <span dir="LTR">t</span> همبسته نشان داد درآمد پاسخگویان قبل و بعد از دریافت تسهیلات تفاوت معنی&shy;داری در سطح 5 درصد داشته است و بر اساس میانگین&shy;های حاصله پس از دریافت تسهیلات درآمد پاسخگویان افزایش داشته است.</span></h1> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this research is identifying the role of Keshavarzi Bank&rsquo;s payment&nbsp; facilities to Small and Medium Size Enterprise (SME) in agricultural employment and production from viowpoint of bank customers &nbsp;in&nbsp; Abhar and Khorramdarreh&nbsp; townships. This study is descriptive-correlation<span dir="RTL">.</span> The statistical population of the study consisted of all Recipients of capital facilities in the years 1391-1384 more than 50 million riyals from the Keshavarzi Bank that have used reception facilities in the agricultural sector. The proportionate stratified random sampling technique was used to reach the respondents. (N=210) out of which 135 people were selected as a sample. Cochran formula was used for sample size (&alpha=0.75-0.80). The researcher made questionnaire was used that confirm its validity and reliability. The results showed that the respondents to a large extent (m = 4.47) on the role of facilitator in the development of agriculture and increase production and earn more (m = 4.25) were agreed.
