تحقیق حاضر که از نوع پیمایش مقطعی است، با هدف بررسی دیدگاه کشاورزان دریافت‌کننده تسهیلات ارائه شده توسط بانک کشاورزی نسبت به کارآمد بودن خود در استفاده از این تسهیلات و عوامل اثرگذار بر آن انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 205 کشاورز بود که از طریق سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان بوشهر در طول سال 1391 برای اجرای پروژه‌های کشاورزی به بانک کشاورزی استان بوشهر معرفی و موفق به دریافت وام شده بودند. با استناد به جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 132 کشاورز به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، بیشتر کشاورزانی که اقدام به دریافت وام نموده‌اند، مسن، دارای سطح تحصیلات پایین و متأهل بوده‌اند. همچنین یافتهها نشان داد درصد اندکی از کشاورزان دریافت‌کننده تسهیلات، خود را کارآمد می‌دانند. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، کشاورزان وام‌گیرنده‌ای که خود را موفق و کارآمد توصیف می‌کنند از نظر متغیرهای چهارگانه سطح تحصیلات، میزان اراضی، ارتباط با کارشناسان و آشنایی با ارگان‌های مختلف تفاوت آماری معنی داری با کشاورزانی که خود را ناکارآمد دانسته و احساس عدم موفقیت می‌کنند، دارند. بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعه، پیشنهادهای کاربردی جهت افزایش موفقیت و بهبود احساس خودکارآمدی کشاورزان ارائه گردیده است.
