شایستگی های کارآفرینانه نقش مؤثری در عملکرد شرکت های مخاطره پذیر دارند. در این زمینه اندازه گیری شایستگی های کارآفرینانه می تواند در برنامه ریزی برای بهبود این شایستگی ها در شرکت های خدمات مشاورهای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی در شهرستانهای جنوب استان کرمان نقش موثری داشته باشد. بنابراین هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی شایستگی های کارآفرینانه کارشناسان شرکت های خدمات مشاورهای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 346 نفر از اعضای شرکتهای مذکور در شهرستانهای جنوب استان کرمان بودند که براساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 132 نفر از آنان از طریق روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها بهوسیله پرسشنامه ای گردآوری شد که روایی صوری آن به وسیله پنلی از متخصصان و روایی سازه آن بهوسیله روایی همگرا به روش تعیین شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراج‌شده تأیید شد. جهت تعیین پایایی ابزار تحقیق نیز از روش پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد؛ میزان شایستگی های کارآفرینی پاسخگویان بالاتر از میانگین (46/3 از 5) ولی کمتر از حد خوب است و اغلب پاسخگویان (72/72 درصد) از نظر شایستگی های کارآفرینانه در حد متوسط هستند همچنین پاسخگویان بیشترین توانمندی را در شایستگی بعد تعهد و کمترین توانایی را در شایستگی ادراکی دارند. با توجه به نتایج پیشنهادهایی در زمینه آموزش کارآفرینی در شرکتهای خدمات مشاورهای، فنی و مهندسی ارائه شده است.
