     ضرورت توجه به ارائه با کیفیت و کاربردی درس کارآفرینی جهت خوداشتغالی دانشجویان رشته­ های علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی در دانشگاه­ ها حائز اهمیت می­ باشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزشیابی کیفیت خدمات آموزش درس کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق 168 نفر از دانشجویان در سال 98 بودند که درس کارآفرینی را گذرانده بودند و به­ عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونه­ گیری تصادفی طبق ه­ای، حجم نمونه 120 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه استاندارد سروکوال بود که روایی آن از سوی اعضای هیات علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالای 7/0 به­ دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها از نرم­ افزار Spss استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین ادراک و انتظار دانشجویان در هر پنج بعد پرسشنامه سروکوال شکاف منفی وجود داشته است به ­گونه­ ای که بیشترین شکاف در بعد تضمین (241/0-) و کمترین شکاف در بعد پاسخگویی (158/0-) وجود داشت. با توجه به یافته ­های تحقیق پیشنهاد می ­شود محیطی جذاب و پویا در کلاس جهت درک و آشنایی بیشتر اساتید درس، با روحیات و توقعات دانشجویان ایجاد شود. اساتید جهت تبادل نظر، آشنانمودن دانشجویان با محیط کار و اشتغال در آینده، همدلی و انعطاف­ پذیری در کلاس، دسترسی آسان به اساتید، اختصاص ساعاتی جهت مشاوره به دانشجویان و ارائه درس به­ شکلی منظم و مرتبط با یکدیگر و مشارکت دانشجویان در مباحث درسی می­توانند ادراکات را در حد انتظار افزایش دهد که در این رابطه نظام آموزش عالی را در جهت افزایش کیفیت آموزش کمک نماید.
