     کارآفرینی به­ عنوان یک موضوع مهم از جمله مباحثی است که در تمامی ابعاد توسعه­ ی اقتصادی و اجتماعی مطرح شده است. در حال حاضر مهم ترینسوال در جوامع، به ­خصوص جوامع در حال توسعه این است که چگونه افراد می ­توانند کارآفرین باشند و چگونه می ­توانند فرصت­های کارآفرینی ایجاد کنند. در عصر حاضر، با پیشرفت تکنولوژی افراد از روش­ های مختلفی می­توانند با یکدیگر در ارتباط باشند که یکی از این روش­ها، شبکه­ های اجتماعی مجازی می­ باشد. لذا، هدف این پژوهش تبیین مؤلفه­ های مؤثر بر رفتار کارآفرینانه افراد عضو شبکه­ های مجازی کارآفرینی بود. این مطالعه در بین اعضای عضو شبکه ­های اجتماعی مجازی "تبادل دانش کارآفرینی" انجام شد که جامعه آماری 180 نفر و جمعیت نمونه مورد مطالعه به­صورت نمونه ­گیری تصادفی ساده 126 نفر بود. ابزار سنجش در این مطالعه پرسشنامه بود که روایی آن را متخصصان موضوعی تأیید نمودند و برای بررسی پایایی آن نیز آزمون راهنما اجرا شد که آلفای کرونباخ آن بین 93/0-76/0 به­ دست آمد. تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که ویژگی­ های شبکه­ های اجتماعی، عوامل محیطی و برخی ویژگی­ های کارآفرینانه نظیر ریسک­ پذیری و توانایی شناسایی و ارزیابی فرصت و انگیزه در مجموع قادرند 6/76 درصد از تغییرات در متغیر وابسته رفتار کارآفرینانه را پیش ­بینی کنند. پیشنهاد می­ گردد با بیان انواع فرصت­ها و آشناساختن افراد با شرایط و فرصت­ های ممکن و چگونگی شناسایی آنها، فرصت­ طلبی و قدرت شناسایی و ارزیابی فرصت ­های کارآفرینانه در آنها پرورش داده شود.
