امروزه تربیت دانشجویان کارآفرین یکی از اهداف نظامهای آموزش عالی و دانشگاهها محسوب میشود. یکی از استراتژیهای بسیار مهم برای تربیت دانشجویان کارآفرین، تقویت مهارت‌های یادگیری خودراهبر است. در این راستا، تحلیل رابطهی میان مهارت‌های خودراهبری و نیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان رشته های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه زابل به عنوان هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که با استفاده از فن پیمایش انجام شد. جامعهی آماری مورد مطالعه، شامل کلیه ی دانشجویان دانشکده های کشاورزی، آب و خاک و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه زابل در سالهای تحصیلی 96-1395 و 97-1396 بودند (893=N) که 210 دانشجو به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونهگیری از نوع تصادفی طبقهای با انتساب متناسب بود. ابزار انداره‌گیری پرسشنامه ای بود که روایی آن با استفاده از پانل متخصصان دانشگاهی تأیید شد و همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد و اعتماد پرسشنامه را برای انجام پژوهش قابل قبول نشان داد (84/0-71/0=α). نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که چهار متغیر مهارت‌های ارتباطی، راهبردهای یادگیری، مهارت‌های ارزشیابی و فعالیتهای یادگیری اثرات مثبت معنیداری بر روی نیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان داشتند. همچنین، متغیرهای مستقل پژوهش توانستند 1/42 درصد از تغییرات واریانس متغیر نیت کارآفرینی را پیشبینی کنند.
