چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از انجام تحقیق مطالعه بررسی صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینی کشاورزی بر امنیت غذایی خانوارهای روستایی بخش ماهیدشت در استان کرمانشاه بوده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات پژوهشی وکاربردی بوده و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات غیرآزمایشی و مقطعی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر 890 نفر از خانوار (سرپرست) های روستایی بخش ماهیدشت بوده و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برابر با 268 نفر محاسبه شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش‌نامه‌ای متشکل از 9 عامل، 42 گویه و متغیر وابسته شامل 5 عامل و 24 گویه بوده که پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ متغیرهای وابسته و مستقل مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. جهت بررسـی رابطـه علی بین متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر امنیت غذایی (متغیر وابسته) از روش رگرسـیون چندگانه به روش رگرسیون گام به گام اسـتفاده شـده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج رگرسیون بیانگر آن بود که متغیر ریسک‌پذیری، شناسایی فرصت بیشترین تأثیر را در زمینه امنیت غذایی داراست.
نتیجه گیری: در این زمینه پیشنهاد طراحی یک سیستم منظّم و هدفمند، نظارت و ارزشیابی در راستای اجرای برنامه‌های اصلاح الگوی مصرف و سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش کشاورزی با دردست‌داشتن ابزار لازم برای برقراری امنیت غذایی کاملاً ضروری است.
