چکیده مبسوط 
مقدمه و هدف:
به گزارش سازمان جهانی کار، در حال حاضر حدود 74 میلیون جوان در کشورهای مختلف جهان به‎دنبال کار هستند. مرکز آمار ایران نیز نرخ بیکاری جواان 15-24 ساله را در بازه زمانی بهار 1403 تا بهار 1404 به‎طور متوسط 20 درصد اعلام کرده است. از این‎رو، نرخ بالای بیکاری جوانان، افزایش عدم فعالیت و همچنین انجام کارهای مخاطره‎آمیز در کشورهای جهان به‎همراه فقر از هشدارهایی است که درباره اشتغال جوانان به‎ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه وجود دارد. مشکلات مربوط به آموزش، اشتغال، رفاه و معیشت جمعیت فزاینده جوانان به‎طور فزاینده‎ای مورد توجه قرار گرفته‎اند. از این‌رو، ارائه استراتژی‌هایی برای کاهش این مشکلات ضروری به‎نظر می‌رسد. از سوی دیگر، عدم تناسب بین رشته‌های دانشگاهی با خواسته‌ها و نیازهای جامعه و عدم ایجاد مهارت‌های خاص در دانشجویان جهت پاسخگویی به نیازها و شرایط درحال تغییر بازار کار، از دلایل عمده افزایش نرخ بیکاری دانش آموختگان دانشگاهی هستند. در این‎ راستا، کارآفرینی به‎عنوان یک راه‌‎حل بالقوه برای این مشکلات اجتماعی-اقتصادی شناخته شده ‎است. با این‎حال، تنها بخش کوچکی از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی مایل‎اند در فعالیت‎های کارآفرینی، به‎ویژه در کارآفرینی کشاورزی شرکت کنند. از این‌رو، سال‎های زیادی است که تمایل به کارآفرینی توجه بسیاری از دانشگاهیان و سیاست‌گذاران را به خود جلب کرده است. لذا، مطالعه تمایل کارآفرینی و عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار خواهد بود. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش نگرش و تمایل دانشجویان کشاورزی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی نسبت به کارآفرینی انجام شد.

مواد و روش‎ها: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی و بر حسب نحوه گردآوری داده‎ها یک تحقیق توصیفی غیر آزمایشی است. نحوه‎ی اجرای آن به‎صورت میدانی است که به‎روش پیمایشی مقطعی در پاییز 1403 در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه دانشجویان مقاطع کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد رشته‎های کشاورزی دانشگاه بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق-ساخته‎ای بود که بر اساس مطالعات پیشین طراحی شد و شامل دو بخش اطلاعات فردی و پرسش‌های تخصصی مربوط به شش سازه تئوری توسعه‎یافته رفتار برنامه‎ریزی شده، شامل دانش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری درک‎شده و نگرش، نوگرایی و تمایل به کارآفرینی بود. برای سنجش گویه‌های تشکیل‎دهنده‌ی متغیرهای پژوهش از طیف 5-گزینه‌ای لیکرت از خیلی کم (1) تا خیلی زیاد (5) بهره گرفته‌ شد. روایی ابزار تحقیق توسط اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه در دانشکده‎های کشاورزی و علوم انسانی به‎دست آمد و برای محاسبه پایایی آن یک مطالعه راهنما با شرکت 30 نفر دانشجوی خارج از نمونه انجام شد. محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ نشان داد که مقادیر آلفا برای تمامی سازه‎های پرسشنامه 0/7 تا0/9 قابل قبول بودند. داده‌ها پس از جمع‎آوری و ویرایش، با استفاده از نرم‎افزارهای SPSS23 و Smart PlS مورد تجزیه‎و‎تحلیل قرار گرفتند. به‎منظور بررسی روابط بین متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته، از مدل‎یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از Smart PlS استفاده شد.
یافته‎ها: نتایج نشان دادند که 44/6 درصد از پاسخگویان نگرش خوب و 13/3 درصد نگرش خیلی خوبی نسبت به کارآفرینی داشتند. پاسخگویان دانش نسبتاٌ کمی در زمینه کارآفرینی داشتند (میانگین = 2/48)، اما هنجارهای ذهنی نسبتاٌ قوی (3/59) داشتند، کنترل نسبتاٌ زیادی بر رفتار خود داشتند (3/66) و سطح نوگرایی در بین آنها نسبتاٌ زیاد بود (3/65). همچنین، میانگین نمرات قصد کارآفرینی آنها (3/89) نشان داد که دانشجویان تا حدود زیادی قصد کارآفرینی و پرداختن به کسب‎و‎کارهای کارآفرینانه را بعد از تحصیلات خود داشتند. فراهم بودن بسترهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی شرایط مهمی هستند که لازم است برای به فعلیت در آوردن تمایل آنها مهیا باشند. در رابطه با سنجش تمایل دانشجویان نسبت به کارآفرینی، پنج سازه کلیدی مرتبط با مدل توسعه‎یافته تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی شده، یعنی نگرش شخصی، کنترل رفتاری درک شده، هنجارهای ذهنی، دانش و نوگرایی پیش‌بینی کننده‌های اصلی تمایل پاسخگویان به کارآفرینی دانشجویان کشاورزی بودند. هنجار ذهنی با ضریب 0/4، دانش با ضریب 0/286، کنترل رفتاری درک‎شده با ضریب 0/221، نگرش با ضریب 0/217، و نوگرایی با ضریب 0/296 تخمین زده شدند. این سازه‎ها اثر مثبت و معناداری بر تمایل به کارآفرینی نشان دادند و در مجموع توانستند 48/1 درصد از واریانس متغیر تمایل دانشجویان رشته‎های کشاورزی به کارآفرینی را تبیین کنند. همچنین، در بین متغیرهای مربوط به ویژگی‎های فردی، متغیر جنسیت بر تمایل به کارآفرینی اثر معنی‎داری نشان داد و متغیر شرکت در دوره‎های آموزشی کارآفرینی اثر مثبت و معنی‎داری را بر سازه‎های نگرش و تمایل به کارآفرینی نشان داد. رابطه سایر متغیرهای فردی با نگرش و تمایل به کارآفرینی معنی‎دار نبود.
نتیجه‎گیری: دانشگاه‌‎ها نقش کلیدی در ارائه آموزش‌های کارآفرینی و القای روحیه کارآفرینی دارند که به ‎نوبه خود، خوداشتغالی را در میان دانش‎آموختگان دانشگاهی ترویج می‌کند؛ در عین‎ حال، اتکای بیش از حد آن‌ها به مشاغل سنتی را کاهش می‌دهد. از این‎رو، آموزش اساتید دانشگاه و مشاوران تحصیلی که چگونه دانشجویان را به‎سمت کارآفرینی سوق دهند و دیدگاه مثبت خود را نسبت به آن منتقل کنند می‌تواند مؤثر باشد. آنان می‌توانند از طریق توصیه‌ها، تشویق‌ها و معرفی فرصت‌ها، هنجار ذهنی مثبتی را در دانشجویان ایجاد کنند. همچنین، ایجاد یک پلتفرم آنلاین با دسترسی به مقالات، کتاب‌ها، گزارش‌های تحقیقاتی، ویدئوهای آموزشی و پادکست‌های مرتبط با کارآفرینی می‌تواند مفید باشد. این همکاری‌ها می‌توانند به دانشجویان انگیزه دهند و به ایده‌هایشان ارزش تجاری ببخشند. همچنین، فراهم کردن فرصت‌هایی برای دانشجویان تا پروژه‌های کارآفرینانه کوچکی را تجربه کنند. این می‌تواند شامل شرکت در شبیه‌سازهای کسب‌وکار، ایجاد یک کسب‌وکار کوچک آزمایشی، یا حتی فروش محصول در یک بازار دانشجویی باشد.
