چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: آموزش فنی و حرفهای به عنوان یک جزء اجتناب ناپذیر از سرمایه های فکری در تقویت دانش، مهارت و نگرش نقش گسترده دارد، چراکه آموزش های فنی وحرفه ای و مهارت ها ضمن برآوردن نیاز منابع انسانی و ارتقای فراگیران آنها، در جهت اشتغال زایی و به کارگیری نیروهای ماهر گام بر می دارد. در این راستا هدف این مقاله ارزیابی نقش آموزش های فنی حرفه ای در اشتغال زایی زنان روستایی می باشد. از این رو آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای نقش مهمی در تشکیل سرمایه ی انسانی از طریق تربیت نیروهای ماهر مورد نیاز بازار کار ایفا می کنند.
مواد و روش ها: در این زمینه با بهره گیری از پارادایم کیفی و نظریه بنیانی در این پژوهش به مطالعه ی نقش آموزش های فنی و حرفهای در روستای چقاماران بی ابر، در استان کرمانشاه پرداخته شد. گردآوری اطلاعات ازطریق مصاحبه ی عمیق، نیمه ساختارمند، گروه متمرکز، مراجعات و تماس های مکرر صورت گرفت. نمونه گیری از نوع هدفمند و به روش گلوله برفی است.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که، آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای منجر به تغییر سطح دانش و آگاهی های شغلی آنها، تغییر در سطح شایستگی و مهارت حرفه ای، تغییر نگرش آنان به کار و شغل خانگی و جایگاه خود و خانواده و شغل شان در جامعه شد. همچنین، سطح بهره وری شغلی آنها را تحت تأثیر قرارداده و بهبود کسب و کار نقطه ی آغازی بر بهبود زندگی کاری زنان و در نتیجه، بهبود معیشت و کیفیت زندگی اقتصادی ناشی از سطح برخورداری آنان از منابع و فرصت های آنها خواهد بود.
نتیجه گیری: بنابراین نتیجه میشود که آموزش های فنی وحرفه ای در راستای تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر مورد نیاز جوامع نقشی گسترده و انکارناپذیر دارد و موجبات رشد تحولات سریع در صحنه علوم و فن آوری در جامعه و بخصوص قشر زنان می شود.
