     امروزه برای پیشرفت، تولید و توسعه نیاز به آموزش کارآفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها احساس می‌شود. در سال‌های اخیر، بیکاری فزاینده‌ی قشر دانش‌آموخته رشته‌های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی نگرانی‌های زیادی را برای افراد و جامعه ایجاد کرده است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش کارآفرینی دانشجویان کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه شهرکرد انجام شد. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه‌ی دانشجویان ورودی دانشکده‌های کشاورزی، منابع طبیعی و علوم زمین دانشگاه شهرکرد در سال‌های تحصیلی 97-1393 بودند (2000=N). برای تعیین حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده فرمول کوکران 322 دانشجو به­عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری داده‌ها تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ای بود که روایی آن توسط اساتید گروه مدیریت دانشگاه پیام نور خوانسار بررسی و تأیید گردید. برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه از روش محاسبه ضرایب آلفای استفاده شد و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (0/86-0/70=a) قابل­قبول نشان داد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار استنباطی و مدل­یابی تحلیل مسیر با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار Amos استفاده شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که یادگیری تجربی، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، ریسک‌پذیری و ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی یادگیرنده به‌صورت مستقیم و همچنین به‌صورت غیرمستقیم بر آموزش کارآفرینی تأثیر می‌گذارند. بنابراین، دانشگاه‌ها باید بر اهمیت عوامل اثرگذار بر آموزش کارآفرینی توجه داشته باشند و از یادگیری تجربی و فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در آموزش کارآفرینی بیشتر بهره گیرند.
